Property Ratings at Andros Isles Apartments
The property is a great property with a lot of amenities. The landscaping is so so and there are some exterior areas of the buildings that are in need of maintenance. Truck and trailer got towed 8 hours after arriving to move in. Light bulbs out, AC not working in 80 degrees when they know we registered a dog, loose cabinet/bathroom fixtures, leaking tub spout, disconnected dryer vent, not functioning smoke detectors, broken garbage disposal and also a ripped patio screen on day of move in. The magnetic gates on the property don’t lock and the front gate stays open about a few feet. We can tell the previous tenant smoked inside the apartment because besides the smell, the vents, patios blinds, and bedroom blinds are tinted yellow and we had to have them replace half after we moved in. Maintenance was in right away the next morning since we went into the office right when they opened. So far things have been better since moving in two weeks ago however there has been no property manager on site to talk to even though online It says management on site. I emailed the regional email that was provided by the leasing agent in the office about everything that happened on move in day and I haven’t gotten any answer back two weeks later. Hoping things get taken care of now that the new year is here and there should be a person we can talk to in the office.

The move in process was very easy! It is very quiet here especially at night. They are also very dog friendly! The amenities are very nice and never too crowded! We love it here!

I would think twice about moving here. There are major safety concerns here there was a shooting here on 10-31-2023 early in the morning that was already reported and when I went to address my concerns they acted like they had no knowledge of what had happened but a neighbor confirmed that they did know about this matter and They lied to my face about this safety issue If you are thinking of moving here look elsewhere They used to be a really nice place to call home but things have and they have failed. If you value your safety consider other locations

Gates are not working and need to be replaced but management is not spending the money to make repairs . Safety concern Pool is closed management will tell you they are waiting for a part but that's been over 3 months so no pool service. It's an effort to get them to fix your apartment now Ants every where in parking lot This community has gone down hill breeze ways need to be pressured washed

It is a resort like atmosphere. Ideal location in relation to to I-4 and I-95. Staff are pleasant. Pet friendly and has a nice dog park.
I love living at Andros Isles. Maintenance works hard to take care of property and the new landscaping is beautiful! I feel safe here and my dog and I enjoy the walks around pond and the fountains at night are beautiful!
I moved to Andros about a year ago and at first, I thought it was great. I have since realized it just looked that way. The staff is rude when asked questions if you can even ask. The parking situation is insanity, if you come home after 10 at night you will NOT find parking anywhere near your apartment. If you find parking, you will end up with ants all over your car because the complex will not deal with massive ant hills taking over. The walls are thin, so you can hear everything!!! They make you pay for valet trash, which sounded great at first, but now they only take the trash a fraction of the times it is put out and write threatening letters if the trash is "too heavy" (I ended up carrying it to the trash myself, it wasn't heavy!). Then we will get to the most annoying part, friends. If you want friends over, they will have to park in a back alley and walk. This makes the parking issue kinda insane (why would there be more cars some days than others, since they will tow any car they do not see a sticker on). I have never had any issue with having friends over until recently. We have friends over every weekend and have done so since we moved in, but ever since we re-signed the lease here, we have had cops at our door multiple times(we were playing a board game and had turned the music off when it happened the last time). We are in a pandemic, it is reasonable that we would stay home. We should be able to talk and laugh in our own home. This is not a homey place anymore. DO NOT MOVE HERE! It just keeps going down hill.
Besides people leaving their trash out all weekend long (Trash collection Sunday nite-Thursday nite) And finding cigarettes butts all around this is a nice place to live. Maintenance is great! They come in take care of the problem in a very professional way. Thank you and keep up the good work.

I’ve lived at Android Isles for 4 years; it’s a wonderful place to live. I moved here from owning my own home and planning to downsize to a smaller house but I’m not in a hurry, I love my 2-bedroom apartment. People in the office are nice, Lisa W answers my email questions real fast when I work late and can’t make it to the Isles office while maintenance is quick and takes care of the problem. The floor plan and 9-foot ceilings add to the airlines of the space. The grounds are beautifully maintained. I really enjoy the pool, gym and great place for walks around the Isles.

Android Isles is a wonderful place to live. I moved here from owning my own home to my 2 bedroom apartment. I was nervous about the move but I have found it to be great place and they are constantly making upgrades and the maintenance crew is above excellent! Just this spring they put in all new plantings and mulch, they added doggie shampoo area and Bark Park got new toys , benches and artificial turf! Right now they are in process of adding new BBQ area. The pool is wonderful and well maintained. I cant say enough about Andros Isles I am very happy here.
I love my apartment and the community feeling of Android Isles. Any maintenance issues are quickly resolved and the grounds are well cared for, all new plantings and mulch were completed this spring and it looks beautiful. The office staff is always helpful and worked hard to keep things flowing during covid 19 pandemic. I am very happy here!
The maintenance team is outstanding. Very quick response to my A/C issues. They quickly found the problem, and provided a large portable unit to keep my apartment cool during the repair. I am very impressed with the service. Thank you for everything!

Be careful, Property MGMT are dishonest with us. They got the application and admin fees and they didn’t rent us because of their concern. This is their rights. But they didn’t return fees paid. If we may accept admin fees are non-refundable then will not accept application fees not to be returned. We are students and not employees.

The apartments are good in most of the physical aspects, that is until you start paying attention to the little details. Little details like cracks in the drywall and tiles in the shower or mold in the corners where it is hard to see. My biggest complaint is with the condescending management team. There are perfectly polite in person, however, they are quick to demand what is theirs. On multiple occasions, I have been given a 72-hour window from the time a bill was posted to pay that same bill. Not to mention the neighbourhood always has trash strewn about, whether it is piled up by the bins or all over the parking lot. To be completely honest this wouldn't normally bother me. That is if I wasn't paying hundreds of dollars more per month compared to competing apartment communities. I am certain that I will not renew my lease.
Lived here for a little over 3 years, had my car vandalized, tenants threaten me, no parking available, maintenance request took 2 weeks, silver fish and roaches everywhere despite the mandatory pest control fee ON TOP of rent. They replace all the landscaping 3 times a year at the front entrance to make it look nice, the rest of the property is greatly neglected. Staff and management company only care about making a profit and have no care for the residents. Each year they tried raising my rent over 15%!!! Stay away if you can!!! Go look at all the google reviews for this terribly managed property.

The places are nice, they fail to mention the number of motorcycles that are stollen from here. They say the gate is not for security but then what is a gate for?
Being less than 2 miles from my school or any store I need to get too, this apartment is perfect for not only college students- but for people or families or all ages. Located just off of i-95, this apartment is located perfectly in Daytona Beach/Port Orange. Beautiful apartments and lovely views.
Andros isles is one of the best apartments in Daytona. You get your moneys worth. The one thing i find should be improved on is their gate system. It is often being repaired. Other than that you would not find much better!
A great luxury apartment, close to the beach. Three miles from Embry Riddle University, Daytona State College, or The Daytona Speedway. In a quiet area where no nonsense happens. Any request, the front desk is here to help. Maintenance on anything in the apartment gets fixed as soon as a request is made. Have any pets, well they are welcomed here. My husky loves walking at night around the pond (fountain lake). Did I mention the security? They make you feel safe while renting. They have an infinity pool that over looks an amazing view of the grounds. Great grills for those 4th of July parties by the pool, plus a fire pit for the smores. The other great thing about this apartment complex is that there are only 10 building that line up together, meaning its not overly packed. Its a safe environment for kids, and a fun quick trip to the beach. New Symerna is right down the road, where you can also enjoy the night life. Enjoy going to Disney for a day, and returning to your own bed at night.
I've lived here for about 9 months and never had any major problems. The apartments are very nice, and noise is minimal. The office staff is VERY friendly and helpful. I've had very few issues but they are always very nice to deal with. The pool and cabana area are great to hang out in, and I enjoy the walking path around the lake to walk my dogs. My only disappointment with this apartment is with the college students that live here and throw their trash on the ground and speed through the parking lot. I thought if I moved into a more expensive complex there wouldn't be as many college students but that wasn't the case. The trash is always cleaned up daily by the staff, but its unfortunate that college kids are such pigs and that anyone has to clean up after them. Unfortunately living in Daytona it doesn't seem matter what apartment complex you live at you have lots of college students. Even with the college students I would still rate this as a 5 star apartment!
