Property Ratings at Andover Crossing Apartments
The apartment offers more space and is much more affordable than other one-bedroom apartments. Andover Crossing is close to everything I could possibly need and located in a warm, safe community. Michael has been a kind and caring manager during my stay. He is friendly and attentive when I have issues. He was great about offering options when I wasn't sure of how to manage my lease when I was dealing with an uncertain timeline. Isaac is kind and respectful. He responds quickly when I have any maintenance issues and is happy to be helpful with random things like hanging curtains as well.
The environment was safe and it is a fun place for kids to live! The apartment manager manages everything very quickly and any maintenance requests are handled very well!
I just moved in, but I had an issue with my neighbor smoking inside. The maintenance guy came out and gave me a can to spray for the smell and got me a air purifier for my apartment. The office staff is really nice and I am glad I live here.

I’ve lived here for a little over a year now. It is a nice place to live. I guarantee you won’t find this kind of quality at this price tag at this kind of location. It is so convenient! The apartments themselves are modern and chic. I also love how calm it is here - I really feel at home. I would definitely recommend!
The staff is very nice and will fix anything you need in a timely manner and they really just want you to be happy here. Quiet little spot!
I am very fortunate to reside at Andover Cossing Apartments. The Management and maintenance are kind, professional and keep the property in excellent condition . I also appreciate the gift they offer when renewing my lease. I love having my carpets cleaned or a new appliance. I would recommend the townhouses.
