The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Andover Courtyard
I just spent 2 years on this property and for one of the rare times in my life, I had zero issues. No crazy rent increases, no problems of any type with management or neighbors, and maintenance was always fast and effective. It is a quiet little area nestled in the woods. I highly recommend that you at least come look at the property and meet the management team.
Andover court yard was the best apartments I’ve ever rented. I have lived there for over two years and because of that I have bought my first house. The landlords are very punctual and care about the residence very much. The maintenance crew was there when I needed them immediately or as soon as possible within a day or so. The yards are clean and nice looking. They keep up with the parking lot and lawn care. Just overall an amazing company and amazing people.
I have nothing good to say about these apartments. The landlords are rude and always complaining. They will charge you for any repairs you call them for even if it has nothing to do with you and if you don’t pay soon they keep on adding to the bill which is totally ridiculous! The gas in the winter time be ridiculously high! No good windows. They are so lazy to keep up with the landscape my kids couldn’t play outside because of all the branches falling from the trees and they wouldn’t send someone to pick them up because of the “weather” was bad . Do not recommend these apartments to anyone. The guy you’re supposed to call for any repairs or damages in your apartment is super lazy he sends boys to do the job while he sits in his car! I never will rent for PYA management ever!
