The staff has been absolutely amazing. The units are super clean. Very updated. As someone that works from home, it’s very quiet throughout the day and evening. Valentina helped make the process of getting in very helpful and easy. They are prompt with requests. I am extremely happy here with my family. Great location and close to proximity to restaurants, grocery and entertainment.

Andover Club Apartments are very nice community very nice people. Valentina the office worker addresses any concerns or questions you may have. The maintenance comes and fixes everything you need on the day that you asked him to come. Very nice community was very nice people that live around you. The pool is great open all the time and it's been a long time since just really truly great customer service all the way around I would definitely recommend anyone to live here

Valentina at the front desk is absolutely amazing and always so helpful. New remodeled and very quite apartment. You. Can’t beat the location.
Very friendly staff, fast response when maintenance is needed. Very clean apartments and surrounding areas. Lots of convenience eating places and food markets. Close to I4 and I75 and 275 routes, close to Ybor city for night life enjoyment. Close to airport and downtown Tampa and malls. Dog friendly plus dog park. Overall a great place to live. Very calm and the neighbors are great.
Overall a quiet place to live and the rental rate is fair
I’ve been a resident here since 2012. I’ve seen & appreciate the continuous efforts to improve the property. New doors & windows as well as upgraded appliances. The property is quiet & I love the location. I’ve called it home for the last 10 plus years fir a reason.
They have been making a lot of changes recently such as windows, doors, and added a dog park. It’s a bit pricey for a studio apartment,but that’s Tampa in general. Maintenance is good at resolving any issues in a timely manner and Valentina is always great at responding to any questions. My only issues is with other tenants who may not pick up after their dogs. Management has tried addressing the issues, but people will be people. Aside from that I’ve had a positive experience. I just renewed my contract for a second year.
If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay I would highly recommend Andover Club Apartments. I suffer from chronic migraines so this was a prefect option for me. It’s very spacious and the office staff respond in a timely manner. This is my first apartment so I can say it’s not a bad place to start if you’re looking for a place to start. Also the location is prefect; I drive my car on E all the time and there’s multiple gas stations nearby.
They've been making positive changes lately--painting, new doors on the apartments, landscaping, etc. Valentina and other management are attentive to renters' requests. Good place to live.

This place is fantastic it's got a clean pool an comes with cable an the staff are great very polite an mannered my move in was very smooth the apartment it's self is very clean an I love my kitchen stainless steel stove and fridge central air an it's very quiet an maintenance are on it there very clean an respectful I would recommend anyone looking for clean quite an staff that goes above an beyond to help you move in if I was to move I would have to say here is the place to be.
I’ve seen a few management teams come and go in the 4 years that I have been here. This staff by far has been the best. They are consistently improving the property and attend to the needs of the tenants creating a positive rental experience.

I have lived here for a year now and ot continues to get better and better. I have yet to contact the office with a concern and they hesitate to address my issue. From the leasing office to the maintenance workers; I've experienced total and complete cooperation in a very timely manner. Thanks for treating me well.
Andover club apartments has level up since it changed management the entire staff including maintenance is awesome been living in the community since 2017 and I love the upgrade that has been done to my apartment inside and out they really do care about the tenants safety and well being I recommend my friends and family to come take a look at the place I call home??

I have lived at Andover the last year and ever since the new management came in last fall, there has been a major improvement with maintenance, the property, and communication from the office. It feels like people actually care now which is why I renewed my lease.
Great management and location to be in, would definitely recommend.
They are so kind and so helpful with every problem. They got my sink fixed quickly and truly cared about doing so.
