Management team are extremely rude , condescending and unaccommodating. They have no interest in you as an individual resident and couldn’t care less about anything other than money. The only exception to this one star is the maintenance staff manager who has been very helpful and always has a smile on his face. The people who run the front office could learn something about kindness from him.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, GO ELSEWHERE IN HOLLY SPRINGS!! This complex will only pretend to care about you until you sign. As soon as your lease is signed, they will not help you in anyway. Their corporate office is too pathetic to even call their tenants when requested in a calm and respectful manner. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, GO ELSEWHERE IN HOLLY SPRINGS!!

Rude and deceitful management

Without getting into too many details, this is a 'rookie' community. Coming into it's second year, the growing pains are still present. Poor parking, unaccountable residents, mediocre construction, and dismissive management all plague what could have been a positive experience for me.
Apartments are nice and they were friendly when moving in but you're better off elsewhere. While there is a standard shopping center nearby this hardly justifies the price. The location offers nothing of value compared to alternatives and is very isolated with a terrible traffic flow. This road is horrible any time near rush hour, the management is quite unpleasant and unnecessarily rude, and you can find better prices and location within Fuquay, Raleigh, Durham, or Chapel hill themselves. Again, nice complex but nothing worth your money, time, or patience with management, don't let the initial smile deceive you.
The whole staff is so amazing, and the apartment is absolutely beautiful.
