Warner Robins combines its rich military heritage with comfortable suburban living. Home to Robins Air Force Base, the city's largest employer with over 25,000 workers, the community offers housing options from established neighborhoods to new developments. Current rental rates show one-bedroom apartments averaging $991 per month and two-bedrooms at $1,257. Located between Macon and Interstate 75, Warner Robins provides easy access to major transportation routes, while the Commercial Circle area continues to develop with new sidewalks and community spaces.
Residents enjoy outdoor recreation at the Walk at Sandy Run and Walker's Pond Trail. The Museum of Aviation, situated near the Air Force base, stands as Georgia's largest tourist attraction outside Atlanta and the second-largest Air Force museum nationwide. The city's sports legacy includes being the birthplace of tee-ball and celebrating its Little League team's 2007 World Series victory.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

please do not apply here they have the worst communication and they tell lies about the most simplest stuff. the crime is increasing DO NOT APPLY HERE
When I originally moved in, it was never “great”. The highest crime rate in Warner Robins is right across the lake. You will hear gunshots, some times multiple times in a week. There is no pest control anywhere on the property. There are several fire ants located everywhere on the property. THE PROPERTY IS NOT AS PICTURED. The “upgrades” consists of hardwood floors and a new ceiling fan . The shared spaces are always absolutely filthy . The parking lot always has discarded food . Shards of glass are everywhere on the property . The management WILL nickel and dime you with additional fees . They added these additional fees to my account included unwarranted late fees and then attempted to evict me, even though my rent was always paid in full . You cannot reach management for any help but will be harassed multiple times when they deem necessary. They stole my grill without noticed and let somebody come pick it up and sell it for scrap. When I caught him putting the grill in his truck he refused to give it back to me and said I had to call the management. Pay the extra and go some where nice. I’m moving in a week and I could not be more excited . I have hated to come home for months bc I have no idea what craziness waits for me when I get there. Not worth the effort or the money . You will regret it

We're sorry you were not pleased with your experience at Northlake. We have not received any word from residents or law enforcement about these events. We encourage our residents to report any suspicious activity to law enforcement and our office. Our renovated apartments include new paint, flooring, countertops, light fixtures, and fans. We have also made community wide advancements- like repairing the docks we found in dated condition under the previous management, new signage to help direct residents and guests, replacing roofs, and replacing all commodes on the property. We have our groundman clean outdoor spaces daily. Any fees placed on a resident's account are listed in the lease they chose to sign. Our office staff sometimes stays hours late to make sure we are able to return messages to our residents. Grills were removed from the property on the order of the local fire marshal. Notices from the fire marshal were placed on each door and sent by email. We hope you enjoy your new home as much as you enjoyed the Retreat at Northlake.
The area is going thru a complete renovation and its looking great!. The new renovations on units are looking great and the new management is very attentive to tenants, so if you need anything they are on it quickly. Safe area to live and so quiet, great lake surrounding it.Come see why it's great living here. Thanks Claire,Emily and Jerry

Thank you so much for noticing all our hard work. We appreciate our residents that have helped us create our little community.
Those pictures are NOT the apartments. My apartment has mold that I keep cleaning. Water leaks. Damaged floors. Cabinets falling apart. Broken fridge. Oven that only works half the time. Dishwasher that leaks. Broken back door. Front door that's crooked and let's light and bugs in. Reported it all and nothing has been done. Only reason I live here is because it's all I can afford on my own. Neighbors are great. Lake stinks. Docks are falling apart. Trash everywhere. Replaced toilets and roof and raised rent over $200.

We are so upset you were not happy with your experience at the Retreat at Northlake. We have updated pictures on apartments.com to better reflect the changes we have made throughout the property. Our maintenance team works hard to upkeep resident's homes. Please place a work order through your resident account and we would be happy to address your concerns. Our docks have been repaired since we took over the property. We're sorry our prices are not convenient for your budget, but they are based on current market value.
The photos listed are catfishing you this place is ran down . Horrible upkeep terrible management. Not worth the price you pay there is a reason tons of tenants moved out when the new management came in. Just don’t do it . If you are desperate and have no other options I still wouldn’t do it.

We're so upset our community did not live up to your standards. We are working hard to fix issues left by previous management. We have also updated pictures with apartments.com to reflect the changes we have made since taking over. Apartments are getting renovations and we have fixed multiple docks on the property. Our pricing is based on current market value and our occupancy has grown tremendously in the past few months after removing non-paying and problematic residents.
The new Management is doing a great job getting the property cleaned up. Very pleased with our new property manager. She is very helpful and is working very hard to get everything taken care of.
