Property Ratings at Anderson House Luxury Apartments
I have been a resident for 3 years. I have made countless maintenance requests for this same issue in that time. Each time, I'm told there is nothing wrong with my unit. when trying to contact management, they don't answer the phone. Just recently, I was kicked out of the office after pushing this issue and stating the fact that phone calls, texts, and emails routinely go unanswered. Lease at your own risk.
I submitted a maintenance request nearly 3 months about my A/C being broken. Numerous emails and calls to management, multiple additional maintenance requests later and it is still broken. It is nearly 100° outside and management doesn’t care. They are unethical and the most unprofessional landlords I have ever encountered.
Enjoy living here. Going on 2nd year. Property is kept nice, Apartments are really nice and newer. Maintenance is on it. Enjoy the office girls smiling faces. Keep up the good work cleaning house. We notice.
My wife and I are happy here and just renewed our lease. The office is always cheerful and takes care of any issues we have. Maintenance is great. Waves at us whenever he see's us. Keeps the place I shape. Its is nice and quiet here, which is what we like.
Just renewed my lease. Staff is really nice and easy to talk to, maintenance gets to my work orders usually that day. It is super close to work. Thank You for the Holiday bells. Very cute.
First off walls are so thin you hear everything. Also, the trash around the town like to park in the apartment and there isnt enough parking as it is without having to pay for carports. When you report it to the assistant manager you get "you may address your concerns during our business hours" why have private property signs up if you aren't going to do anything? Why pay rent on time and do everything nice to be treated like crap? Also, if you are against weed dont move here. My apartments reeks of it from neighbors and they were suppose to send a notice, never happened.
My husband and I moved in almost a year ago and have loved it! We have only had one issue with noisy neighbors, which management took care of swiftly. We have had a few small maintenance issues (clogged shower drain) that was handled quickly. Managment has been kind and easy to deal with. The only thing I wish we had was a small outdoor area for each apartment. In all it has been a fantastic place to live!
I have loved living here since I moved in! The property manager is wonderful, maintenance is speedy fast too! Beautiful inside & all of the extras you can pay for like washers & dryers is awesome! Just waiting for the dog park :)
Thank You girls.. Moved in about 4 months ago and really love my apartment. My neighbors are great, apartment is beautiful, staff is very nice and gets things taken care of. It is very close to everything and quiet here. There is no pool but knew that moving in.
