I tried to apply for an apartment here. The manager never returned my calls even once. She requested all of my personal data per email, then miscommunicated every subsequent email. Told me a one bedroom was going to be available in a few weeks, then after collecting my info, told me she had rented them all to people on her wait list. Terrible communication skills, wasted my time and money.

I lived here this past year. When I say do not live here, I mean DO NOT! This place overcharges for minimal resources and when we moved out, they REFUSED to give us our security deposit back. We spent 3 hours cleaning our apartment after moving so we would get our money back, and after three months of waiting and calling, I finally went in person. They said, “There’s no proof your apartment was cleaned so we won’t pay you back.” I showed them pictures of me cleaning that day!! She then said, the owners don’t consider that proof. The office lady (Angela) literally told me she doesn’t pick up phone calls anymore because their backed up and it’s a burden. MAYBE don’t be a receptionist then!! I AM LIVID at this place and if you’re looking to move to Anderson, please look elsewhere.
