Overall great Keeping of the yard is not so great. Lot of debris in the gras, after the lawn mowing they blow all the clippings and trash up on my porch. and I have to clean it up, and that happens every week What happened with the dog station trash containers? Otherwise no complaints. Thanks for a great job

Staff is rude, also there is currently a giant construction project that goes on 24/7 day and night. That leaves tons of dust, mud, beer cans and trash from workers. Loud noises all night. Mold reported by several tenets for flooding.

I have lived here for two years and have always felt safe and supported by the staff. They also have a great pool which is a plus in the summer.
Management is extremely hard to deal with, they’re very rude & don’t know how to accommodate you. This place has hardly no free parking spots for you or you guest this is their way of forcing you to rent out a reserved covered parking or garage & spend an arm and leg on extra parking due to their being no parking at all. Expect to get harassing emails from management at least once a week addressed to paying tenants where you can and can’t park example the office has no signs regarding parking times therefore you or your guests sometimes have to park in the free spaces in front of the office because that’s how crowded parking is but beware that during office hours if there’s no parking you better park in the street or figure out parking arrangements because thats a no no for management, there’s even people parking in handicap spots all the time who have no handicap signs because that’s how ridiculous parking is. Then to make matters worst when I moved in I wanted a covered parking/ or a garage & the manager/management couldn’t assign me one because they didn’t know what spaces were available to rent out! Expect to get harassing emails regarding what you can put on your patio weekly such as nothing is allowed on your patio just patio stuff so don’t expect to let your mop dry or your kiddo to have toys outside from playing outside because this ridiculous place will not allow such things. The pool was disgusting all summer full of bird poop & Moss the grill area has bird poop all over it all the time & the pool Deck was always full of bird poop very nasty. The apt. is ok the island is what sold me but I advise to really look at everything in the apt in detail they charge an arm & a leg for rent for something that’s cheaply made you can def rent somewhere else nicer for these prices & get treated better.
I moved in about 3 months ago and from the beginning everything has been great the office and maintenance workers are very accommodating I have a beautiful spacious apartment which I love to show off to all my friends has a great pool with plenty of space to entertain very welcoming Neighbors and I look forward to calling this place home for a long time so if you're looking for an apartment in Lubbock this would be the first and only place I would look
The new management is more then difficult to work with. And the property up keep needs more attention.
Nice place, but the people who work here just don’t communicate like adults.
I have lived here going on 3 years and my overall stay has been amazing. They knew me by name almost immediately to me moving in, promptly handled maintenance and kept me in the loop as far as far as whats being done in the apartments. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place to live where you won't be surrounded by many other complexes and all the riff raff that's goes along with it. I will definitely look into moving back if I find myself back in Lubbock.
It has been several months since we moved out, but I know how seriously I take reviews when I am considering a purchase so here goes. My wife and I lived here for about 6 months and I wanted to live here for a lot longer. I really liked the apartments layout and location. Unfortunately, we had some issues arise where we decided it would be best to move on. The Pros: Loved the island kitchen! Had great neighbors all around. The apartments are in a great location with both the marsha sharp and loop close by as well as plenty of shopping centers. We enjoyed the swimming pool and used it frequently. Apart from a baby we would sometimes faintly hear crying from the adjacent apartment, there was never any noise disturbances we had to put up with. I also like that the apartments are gated and secure. The Cons: We had some animal issues during our stay - killed three scorpions at various times and had a snake right outside our door once. Also, outside at night, there were lots of roaches in the grass - kind of grossed me out when I would have to take our dog out. When we had maintenance needs, we would normally have to call two or three times to get the issue resolved. Also, our friend referred us and we let management know, but when I later asked my friend if he received his $500 he said he tried but management said "sorry, we have changed our policy now" (but when he referred us and we signed our lease, they still had signs up about the $500 referral bonus). Grounds keeping at the apartments wasn't good and the dumpsters were frequently overflowing. The ultimate issue that drove us out was finding mold and then the horrendous headache that management/maintenance was during that strenuous time. Management didn't take me seriously despite clear picture/video evidence and, I felt, was condescending toward me and my wife. She had been experiencing health issues like dizziness/nausea only in the apartment and our doctor told us there was a very good chance she was suffering from mold exposure and we needed to get it resolved immediately. It's a really long story on the mold that I won't get into to detail here, but we were finally able to convince management to let us break our lease with no penalties, get our deposits back, and move out. All in all, these apartments have so much potential and could really be great! Unfortunately, for us, our stay could only warrant a 2 star review (just being honest). Maybe in the future, with some shakeups they can be great.
When I first moved in it took a week to get a washer.i had to call a couple times and bug them before they got something done. Since I've had no problems.
