My fiancé and I absolutely love living here. The community is quiet and staff are friendly and helpful. This is our first time living in Camarillo and the location Is perfect. We feel safe here to walk around and walk our dog any time of day.

AMLI Spanish Hills is a pleasant place to call home. The area is quiet and the amenities are great. The apartment layouts really take advantage of space and create ample storage wile maintaining a homey inviting feeling.
Staying at AMLI Spanish Hills is one of the best if not the best apartment homes you will ever live in. From the amenities to the locations. Having a park right down the street to shopping centers at the perfect distances. Community is very respectful and quiet so you never have to worry about making a noise complaint. AMLI Spanish Hills really puts in the work to provide an excelente living experience.

Amli Spanish hills is a great place to live! I highly recommend it! The staff is friendly and they always make it fun to live here, I appreciate their efforts in making fun safe interactions. The staff tries to spoil the amli residents as much as possible and I think that is awesome! I love how they keep everything looking nice, the location is also in a nice safe spot in the middle of everything. The Camarillo outlets are down the street which is great. I didnt expect my move here to be this positive! The apartment complex itself is beautiful I love the layout plans of the apartments. I have nothing negative to say about AMLI Spanish hills. If anyone is ever looking to move in I know you would never regret it.
I just want to say that it has been a pleasure living here for the last 4 years. This is a great community to raise my son in and I look forward to many more years here. The office and maintenance staff are wonderful and speak when they see you outside the office on the grounds.

Apartments are nice. Neighbors are whatever, some are nice some aren't. Parking is horrible because of rule enforcement.

I felt very at home when I took my first tour of AMLI Spanish Hills. The staff member who gave the tour was very welcoming and informative. I felt that staff was always available to answer my questions and help. Since my move I have continued to feel at home and the quality of the space lends itself to a sense of security and quality. I am sad that there are limitations due to COVID-19 but I look forward to taking more advantage of what the community has to offer.
We absolutely love the no smoking policy on the entire property. The community is landscaped and maintained beautifully. It is a gorgeous property and apartments are maintained well. Also the amenities are wonderful.
The team behind AMLI are phenomenal. They take accountability for any issues and partner with you to find solutions. Its a nice quiet community and you feel safe thanks to the patrol. Any issues can be quickly acted upon by the maintenance staff. Overall its. A great place to live.

I spend months looking for the perfect place for my family and I was very picky with the location, and the look of the apartments and wanted it to look good from the inside. To me it was very important to have a nice spacious modern kitchen, bathrooms and wood floor plans. When I saw my apartment online I fell in love and when I saw it in person I was even more pleased! I love love love!!! the location and look of my place! I have all the stores near me and camarillo outlets are walking distance which is awesome! I have everything I need right here! I thank god for leading me to this fabulous Amli Spanish Hills! I recommend to everyone who is looking for beautiful modern luxury apartments. I promise you that you won't be dissapointed. Im not the type to write these kinds of reviews but because Im inlove with my place im more than happy to write about it! if your lucky enough to live in one of these you will see what I'm saying, because it also comes with everything you need, I even have washers! everything about this place is convenient! Im in paradise!

The leasing staff was informative, prompt, and very helpful with customer satisfaction a priority. The leasing process was convenient and fast. The property and units are well taken care of and maintenance team pays attention to details. The units are spacious, with quality kitchens and baths. Closet and storage space is abundant. For apartment living, the daily noise from neighbors is minimal. Parking is always available. The quality of living matches the price for the rental and Im very happy to call AMI Spanish Hills home after living in several apartment complexes in Ventura County. You will be very happy with this choice!

I really enjoy the sense of community here at amli Spanish hills. The property is just the right size. One of the selling points for me is that the amenities, and specifically the pool area reminds me of places that I have stayed at while on vacation. The leasing agents are also very helpful and accessible. Overall I would recommend amli Spanish hills to all of my friends and relatives.

From the moment we walked into the leasing office, we had such an amazing experience. From the staff, tour, layout, care for the property, kind neighbors, amazing amenities and how pet friendly the area is...we knew it was a big win. It is genuinely an excellent place to live. You do pay for the experience of living at AMLI Spanish Hills, though. If you dont mind a smaller apartment and having an abundance of amenities and a perfectly up-kept community then this is the place to call home.

AMLI Spanish Hills is an amazing community that is kind and welcoming from the staff to the other tenants. Its highly convenient that they have locations in several states, as my husband and I would consider moving into another AMLI complex when we move again.
