Love living at AMLI! Words cannot describe how well they keep the place maintained! Staff is super friendly and prompt. They keep you updated on everything that’s being done. Neighbors are quiet never got a package stolen! You can live in the nicest luxury apartment, but if your neighbors suck, then everything sucks. But everyone here at AMLI is great!!!

While the rent is by no means cheap, the amenities available and the size of the apartments are easily the best in the area. I seriously miss that great kitchen. More importantly the staff are amazing and so dog friendly. Daisy and Alex were great to work with and my dog is nervous around everybody was obsessed with them. Maintenance was always fast and reliable.

I love, love, love living At AMLI Broadway in Long Beach. On top of the beautiful apartment layout and top-quality appliances, the entertainment amenities and location make this the ideal place for anyone interested in residing in the heart of the LBC arts district. Just a few blocks from the beach makes living here even better!
Every moment of this living experience has been completely seamless. The application and move in was very thoroughly explained and the transparency was excellent. The apartment is beautiful and the community is super friendly. Im sure we will live here for years to come.

What a find! A block from downtown, freeway close, BIG ENOUGH PARKING SPACES, balcony with an ocean breeze, all the modcons and a real prize: a fully engaged and dedicated staff.
Safe, flexible leasing, quieter than expected, given the downtown area. Guest parking isnt a issue- its a good choice whether it is temporary or long term.
I love my new apartment. The interior comes with the latest amenities, I feel a sense of community and I have to force myself to actually leave the property from time to time!

The staff at the leasing office are very kind and helpful. There are plenty of amenities that are beautiful. Maintenance keeps the facilities neat and tidy. It is walking distance to Ocean Blvd and the Promenade. One concern is the respect for the property by a few residents. It is downtown Long Beach, so street noise is a given.
AMLI Park Broadway is a well managed, well maintained property. The staff do a wonderful job on the upkeep of the property as well as showing appreciation for the residents .

AMLI is a clean, friendly and convienent location in DT LB. Overall, I give it a 9 out of 10 with comparable apartments based on size, location and ammentities.
The move in was absolute craziness. Do not rent from this place, they will not take care of you. Constant issues. Lack of proper communication.

I enjoy living at AMLI Park Broadway. The location is perfect for my needs and I can easily get to restaurants, drycleaning, office, etc.. The management staff is responsive when called upon and I will probably live here for a long time if all continues to go well.
