AMLI Northpoint continues to exceed my expectations. I will be renewing my lease for the 4th time and I continue to enjoy my apartment and all the amenities AMLI has to offer. Overall great location, good community events but the soaking tubs are useless because water doesn't stay hot enough to fill them. You can hear people walk the halls but you can't hear your neighbors so that's always a good thing.
I have been here for over a month now, and I really enjoy the community. The neighbors are nice, and there is plenty of green space for animals or walks.
My experience has been great overall here at AMLI NORTHPOINT! Awesome office & maintenance staff! This location is great for me for my shopping & access to the interstate!

AMLI at Northpoint is one of the nicest places I have lived while living here in Alpharetta. The grounds and surroundings are beautiful and very clean and the ambience peaceful and relaxing . The apartments are fresh and modern with the right balance of class and quaintness. Great parking facilities. The people in management are very nice , friendly and knowledgeable. Always available and very helpful. Maintenance is very skilled and kind and always on the ball. I really love living here and highly recommend AMLI at Northpoint .

My husband and I have lived at AMLI for about 7 months. We have enjoyed the quick response from management and maintenance when needed. We also enjoy the location and the sense of security.

The best community I've lived in so far. I love it here. I love seeing others out riding their bikes and walking their dogs. I've definitely been motivated to live a healthier lifestyle.
Indoor parking and dedicated EV parking spots (w/ monthly fee) is the top priority, and AMLI is the only community offering that out of all the community I've obtained information from. Clean and at very convenient location are also meeting my expectation.
It truly is a great location, needs a lot of work as far as maintenance and amenities for the price paid.

The entire leasing team was responsive and willing to go the extra mile in having the apartment I wanted available in time. Staci was especially helpful. Once I moved in, the response time to minor fixes was fast and the follow up very professional!

I have lived at AMLI Northpoint for 3 years and absolutely love it here! This is one of the cleanest, secure, beautiful complexes in the area. The office staff has always went above and beyond to make residents feel welcome. As a small business owner in the cleaning industry, I have been in many other apartment complexes in our area, so I can confidently say that AMLI Northpoint is one of the cleanest buildings Ive been in. I have never ever had a problem with bugs or spiders either, like so many other complexes do. I cannot say enough good things about AMLI Northpoint.
AMLI is a wonderful place to live. Its a great location and provides quiet environment to live peacefully in your apartment. Closely located to 400 and the mall area, it makes access to things you need very convenient.
Overall I think is a good place to live. I've been a resident here for over 2 years and it's been a good experience. Beyond the location and rates, the staff here is top notch. They're helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and well organized. I plan to renew again.
I've lived in many places throughout the U.S. I've never had a more attentive management company. I got a short-term lease because of COVID and my ability to live wherever. However, I'm going to definitely look into long-term options to stay with AMLI.
Great location, apartment size excellent for us, enjoy the safety of area using sufficient lighting at night and secure access to parking and passageways to apartments.
Great location, however the walls and floors are extremely thin and you can hear your neighbors.

I recently relocated to GA and I love the area, amenities and especially having a washer and dryer machines in my apartment. The staff is amazing as well! Their follow-up and follow through is great as well!

Lori was my first point of contact. She and the whole staff have been great. I was excited to find a place that was conveniently located, affordable and where you could look forward to coming home.
I love living and telecommuting from here. The indoor noise level is next to zero on most days. The grounds are well kept and artfully considered. I have a sense of privacy among a lot of apartments. That's perfect in my book!

My husband is an Army veteran, and is sensitive to his environment. We love the quiet within the complex and how kind many residents are. I love animals, and we have 2 dogs. We value how pet friendly the complex is. Overall, we have had very positive interactions with the leasing office and appreciate all their hard work in the 2 years we have lived here.
I love that AMLI North Point feels like a community. It is a very clean and well kept place. I have enjoyed living here so far and management is always on top of making sure residents are happy.
