The door has a disabled plaque but ZERO assistive device and unequal access to the pool and spa. Staff gaslight instead of resolving.
Beautiful apartments . Interior is clean and modern. Landscape around apartments is luscious and kept extremely well. Rudy,vthe maintenance manager is amazing. Truly knows what customer service is about. Same go3s for Venassa in the office. Always there to listen and help. There IS parking. It is assigned. One just needs to park in his/ her own parking, otherwise you WILL get towed. Why are people surprised by that and make it management fault? Very clean and quiet as well.

PLEASE READ THE OTHER ONE STAR REVIEWS!!!! THEY ARE ALL TRUE. I have rented many apartments over the years and this was by far the worst, most directly in regards to the move out process. I had to be out of the area earlier than my lease ending and the mgmt. was not able to facilitate a walk through. They later claimed I was present for the final walk through and upcoming charges were discussed..THIS NEVER HAPPENED NOR WAS I PRESENT FOR ANY WALK THORUGH. I was nickeled and dimed for everything from paint, cleaning, carpet cleaning, patio powerwashing WHEN EVERYTHING WAS LEFT IN ABOVE ACCEPTABLE CONDITION! I was even attempted to be charged for a showerhead that came with the apartment! Mgmt. in the last month of the lease seemed more concerned with trying to make money and safe face in regards to recent tragic happenings at the complex. THIS IS NOT A PLACE THAT CARES OR APPRECIATES THEIR TENNANTS, SIMPLY A MONEY TRAP. LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR A PLACE TO LIVE!

We've lived here for roughly 6 months: Maintenance has been in our apartment at least once every month with the problem(s) never being resolved. "fixed" for a couple days, but not "resolved". The washer makes all the clothes smell like mildew The fridge is broken and cannot be counted on for safe food storage. It takes 7+ minutes for hot water to get to one of the sinks & 4+ minutes for hot water to get to any other sink in the apt. This is not only an inconvenience but it's also both a waste of water as well as money. We were very adamant about needing a separate parking space for our 2nd vehicle that will not fit in the puny garages - the response was "you can park anywhere that does not have a "reserved" marking on it". Well, that's a lie. They have threatened to tow my 2nd vehicle unless I "pay" for a spot or park on the street - where there is no parking and my 2nd vehicle is constantly 2+ blocks away from the apartment. I would not have signed the lease had I been told I couldn't park my 2nd vehicle on the property, it was a deal breaker and they avoided breaking the deal by lying about it. Speaking of lying, today I received an email from the property management stating the service request for my apartment has been completed. This is a 2 week old service request for a broken fridge that needs to be replaced or repaired. Their idea of "completion" was to leave a voicemail 2 weeks after the request was submitted on a phone number that is not in use or on the lease. They didn't even call the home number listed on the lease but an old phone I don't have anymore. That is their idea of "completed". Fridge still doesn't work. Sound decibels. The freeway noise is atrocious. You can't open your windows to let cross air in because of how insanely loud the noise from the freeway is. Unless, of course, you like white noise. I do not. There is no storage. Absolutely none. So, unless you're a young twenty something single or new couple - this is not the place for you.
