A nice place to live, especially with the new surroundings businesses being opened, the area is a hotspot for living in Goodyear AZ, a location to live centralized to a nice location
Amiya Apartments offers a solid living experience with a good balance of comfort, convenience, and value. The property is generally well-maintained, and the grounds are kept clean. The units themselves are modern, with updated appliances, decent storage space, and layouts that feel open rather than cramped.
Amiya is a great place to live, close to brand new exciting shopping, and freeways. Safe community, helpful, courteous staff, clean and nice finishes in apartments. Definatley would recommend

We have enjoyed living in this community. It is almost always clean of trash around the complex, landscaping is always done and pretty quiet for being an apartment complex. Reason for 3 stars...constant gate issues,people speeding through complex, kids aren't allowed to ride bikes on sidewalks, and my concerns don't always seem important to the leasing team.

A few issues like key fob access but quickly resolved, the rent is the main sticking point. Been a great lease thus far. I would recommend to friends and/or family looking for apartments in the Goodyear area.

Overall, it is a fine apartment complex. The location is great and the apartments are well maintained. If you have kids, it is not great for them. There is no place for kids to play at all. There seems to have been a lot of pilots and military living here as well as medical since it's located close to Abrazo. Movies, library and city hall are close by too.

Living at Amiya Apartments has been a great experience overall. The community is quiet, well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and responsive. We especially enjoy the pool area, which is perfect for relaxing as a family during the hot Arizona days. One suggestion would be to improve restroom access at the pool. Currently, they are closed during non-office hours on weekdays, which can be very inconvenient—especially for families with young kids who often use the pool in the evenings. Also, it would be helpful to have dedicated staff more frequently cleaning common areas like hallways, grills, and restrooms. While the property looks good overall, I don’t think all residents should be held responsible for the messes caused by a few. Other than that, we’ve really enjoyed our time here and appreciate the safe, clean environment Amiya provides.

Manuela has been the highlight of our experience from touring the place TWICE to signing our lease! It is very rare now a days to come across an apartment complex with leasing managers who show enthusiasm in what they do, professionalism and kindness. Manuela showed us our options, answers all our questions (even the one's I'm sure were silly) and not once did she ever makes us feel bad, rushed or uncomfortable. Another bonus is how personable she is! The community was already welcoming and most of all to my family. The unit is spacious, lots of open room and a patio that is designed to give you more space to include outdoor furniture and privacy! Amiya Management and Manuela you are doing amazing work for the community by providing us with a safe space that is welcoming and bright! Keep it up! Plus I can't wait to see Justin Timberlake in our unit when he finds out he has his own parking space lol! (instantly knew I was going to love this place for its sense of humor)

I really like the community because it's clean and well maintained. My only issue is the gate fob takes a while to work sometimes.the pool and gym are also quite nice.

One of the best things about living at Amiya apartments is the maintenance is superb! Whenever I am taking my early morning walks, I always see someone going around ensuring the gym, pool area and grounds is ready for residents. It's not cool they have to pick up after other residents dogs. The staff at Amiya is always kind to me as well.

The location is prime and people are friendly. Definitely a safe neighborhood and community. Office staff are extremely nice and helpful. Communication is clear and concise. Only complaint is I wish the apartmenthad elevators.

Responsive staff, secure and relatively clean property. Some cement floors could be cleaned better but this problem is from residents, not the management. Maintenance is very responsive here. Parking is good.

I love the tranquility of this place. The apartments are very spacious, offering a lot of opportunities for decoration. They are modern, and I love the kitchen and the large living room space. It’s very comfortable and peaceful.

We had a wonderful stay at Amiya Apartments! The place was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. Great place to live! The maintenance staff is great and attentive to work orders. I enjoy taking my dog to the dog park because it’s spacious and can get the zoomies out!

The apartments are nice, they are ALWAYS clean. The leasing office holds people accountable for their dogs and picking up after them outside. The leasing girls are always friendly. And the maintenance team is quick and efficient.

So far everything has been good. The gym is very nice to get a quick workout in. Would be nice to have a wipe dispenser to clean equipment after use. Another thing is not having an elevator for ease of access to move into the upper floors.

It’s nice living here. If you have loud neighbors above you will hear them walking all the time. The gates to enter are nice however they are open from sun up to sundown Monday-Friday.

Great community. Everyone minds their own and keep’s cleanliness. If you need something done like repairs, they are pretty fast about it just wished they let us know when they are coming.

I love the option of the attached garage! Safe community. No issues with neighbors. Beautiful pool and landscaping. Not a lot of extra fees other apartments seem to add on.
