I love these apartments great staff and nice neighbors great amenities a lot of great stores and restaurants are literally about 4 minutes awat
Manuela has been the highlight of our experience from touring the place TWICE to signing our lease! It is very rare now a days to come across an apartment complex with leasing managers who show enthusiasm in what they do, professionalism and kindness. Manuela showed us our options, answers all our questions (even the one's I'm sure were silly) and not once did she ever makes us feel bad, rushed or uncomfortable. Another bonus is how personable she is! The community was already welcoming and most of all to my family. The unit is spacious, lots of open room and a patio that is designed to give you more space to include outdoor furniture and privacy! Amiya Management and Manuela you are doing amazing work for the community by providing us with a safe space that is welcoming and bright! Keep it up! Plus I can't wait to see Justin Timberlake in our unit when he finds out he has his own parking space lol! (instantly knew I was going to love this place for its sense of humor)

I really like the community because it's clean and well maintained. My only issue is the gate fob takes a while to work sometimes.the pool and gym are also quite nice.

Clean, Friendly Service couldn't ask for anything more everything is well maintained on a regular basis from the lawn care to pool and the dumpsters are never full

One of the best things about living at Amiya apartments is the maintenance is superb! Whenever I am taking my early morning walks, I always see someone going around ensuring the gym, pool area and grounds is ready for residents. It's not cool they have to pick up after other residents dogs. The staff at Amiya is always kind to me as well.

Responsive staff, secure and relatively clean property. Some cement floors could be cleaned better but this problem is from residents, not the management. Maintenance is very responsive here. Parking is good.

The apartments are nice, they are ALWAYS clean. The leasing office holds people accountable for their dogs and picking up after them outside. The leasing girls are always friendly. And the maintenance team is quick and efficient.
So far everything has been good. The gym is very nice to get a quick workout in. Would be nice to have a wipe dispenser to clean equipment after use. Another thing is not having an elevator for ease of access to move into the upper floors.

My experience living in Amiya has been fantastic! One of the things I appreciate the most is how the community goes above and beyond to create opportunities for neighbors to connect. They regularly organize gatherings and social events where we can get to know each other, which really fosters a sense of community. It’s nice living here. If you have loud neighbors above you will hear them walking all the time. The gates to enter are nice however they are open from sun up to sundown Monday-Friday.

Amiya is great, the community is friendly and when I have guests arrive to the complex I am often greeted with such positive comments on the looks of this place (the bunnies are also great neighbors)

I love the option of the attached garage! Safe community. No issues with neighbors. Beautiful pool and landscaping. Not a lot of extra fees other apartments seem to add on.

My recent arrival at the apartment complex in Goodyear, AZ, was quite smooth and pleasant overall. I was immediately impressed by the well-maintained grounds and the cleanliness of the surrounding area. The leasing office staff were very welcoming and helpful. They provided clear instructions for check-in and ensured I had all the necessary information about the property and amenities. The check-in process was straightforward, and they were attentive to any questions I had, which made me feel right at home. The apartment itself was exactly as described—spacious, clean, and move-in ready. It was clear that the management team takes pride in maintaining the units, as everything was in great condition. The surrounding community was quiet, and the neighbors I encountered were friendly. Overall, my arrival experience was positive, and it set a great tone for my stay here. I look forward to settling in and exploring more of what this community has to offer!

Amiya apartment is in a great location in the middle of Goodyear. The apartment floor layout is pretty nice and the amenities are nice as well.

Move-in was super easy and coordinated perfectly. It’s been 4 months and living here has been great overall. There have been some issues but the front office handled them appropriately. The common areas are always clean and everyone (except for 1 resident) is friendly. Having a 24 hr gym is pretty awesome. Also, the maintenance team is very quick and efficient.

I appreciate how quiet it is from neighbors and staff who schedule maintenance. Whenever I’m trying to sleep or work from my home, I am not distracted by loud noises.

It’s a generally nice space with a good pool and apartments and parking it’s just expensive to park a bit and key fobs are annoying since buttons at door don’t always work, and we don’t have one designated space to get work done here that’s open 24/7. A business or community center to complement the pool would be nice instead of just a fancy leasing office.

Beautiful and quiet it's a nice reprev from my day to day work and in a good location to get to just about any store or restaurant easily and the movie theater is right down the road , the staff have also done a great job with answering any questions

I moved here in March and haven’t had any issues. Quiet neighborhood, friendly staff. Amenities have appeared to be clean anytime I’ve used them. So far everything has been great.

The overall experience I have had with the Amiya staff and community have been amazing. The staff is very approachable and nice the communication is great. The community here is nice and peaceful. All interactions I’ve had so far with other residents have been brief but very nice.
