The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Amherst Gardens
I regret moving here. Infested with mice. Looks nothing like the pictures. Everything falling apart and very outdated houses are on a slant literally have to prop one side of my tv stand just so it’s even. HORRIBLE!
There apartment are not in a good shape they lie to you too get you in there. It had’s rat running around the place and the some carpet but not all the way threw they also paint the floors brown, and they also have the old style radiator that ever hardly get hot in the winter. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Great location for my room mate and I. He attends D'Youville and I attend ECC City Campus. Our rent includes all the utilities and parking. I can walk to the Amherst train station a block away and not have to deal with parking downtown. It's nice not to have to worry about parking tickets! Much better than dorming and much less expensive too!
Be nice if they had heat in the winter ....................
My apartment is small it has two bedrooms One bathroom Kitchen and living room I like it Because it's close to my job and I can walk to work I don't make much money $730.00 every two weeks .
