Located on the Indiana-Illinois border just 20 miles southeast of Chicago, Hammond is the most populated city in Lake County as well as one of its oldest cities. Eviction friendly

I recommend to document everything. They are eviction friendly with Terrible dispositions. If you want to be secure email them do not go to their office.

Do not move here

Some of the lights have been out for months and no one has came to fix them. The Refrigerator does not work and they will not get a new one the freezer won’t even keep my ice cream solid. They never fix anything but they keep going up on the rent.

Nice Homes!

These homes are really nice, updated homes, I love the amenities, seems like a great place to live. The only draw back the bedrooms are kind of small. But overall I think it's worth it.
