Amber Chase is by far the BEST place I’ve lived! To have an awesome landlord that actually cares about her tenants and always goes over and beyond. Mrs. Denise definitely deserves landlord of the year. The homes are so beautiful and always clean the maintenance men are so nice and always there when you need them, I absolutely love it here.??

Denise has been a life saver! My college son and 2 of his teammates are transferring to Lander and I’m a state away from it all! She has been kind, thorough, and prompt in all correspondence! I just cannot get over how awesome the staff is at this complex! They are great! Ms. Denise is the most down to earth and understanding landlords and the maintenance staff is always tentative and understanding! I would recommend Amber Chase to anyone! I have to say that I knew this property back when it was Georgetown and OMG this place is NOTHING like it used to be! I am so impressed with the cleanup of the landscaping, property in general and the customer service is impeccable! Miss Earline is the assistant and she cared for me greatly and once I came in and met the property manager it was a given that I want to live here!! They are renovating all their old units and the new ones are absolutely beautiful at a very great price. You are definitely getting the best of the best in these premiums! I look forward to becoming one of your new tenants and I want to thank all of you for being so accommodating.
We've had the wonderful experience of working via email and through phone with Denise, the property manager there at Amber Chase. She's made our moving very accommodating and has prepared us with all information needed for our power hookup to whom she recommends for internet, TV and such. She didn't have to get this information to us and out of the blue we received the information via email! This is an example of superior customer service and I look forward to being a resident of this property.
