The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Ambassador Arms Apartments
This place is just awful. There are so many things wrong with this place. Management is terrible! Walls are paper thin. A/c in the summer was about 300-600/month and it never really cooled down. Only 1 washer and dryer for everyone in the building. Management lost our checks on serval occasions (never charged us for it). Worst part was neighbors would smoke inside their apartments and blast music until about 3am every night and management wouldn’t do anything about it. At one point we asked them to come into our apartment to see how bad the smoke smell was and they asked us if we were smoking in there! When we finally moved out they tried to nickel and dime us on things that were routine maintenance. Had to have a lawyer write them a letter before they finally dropped it and returned our deposit. Avoid this place at all costs!
Office management is not professional and does not treat their tenants with respect. I won’t be returning here due to the way my neighbors and I were treated. The apartments are decent, but it was not worth the hassle of the employees that worked there.
