All of the staff have been incredibly friendly and kind. The Amazon building is stunning and every apartment is unique, I love the tall ceilings, big windows, and the gorgeous brick walls. I also love the gym that they have in the building it’s so convenient! The community is super friendly,and it’s such a fun place to live.

From the initial tour to signing the lease, the process was great. Moving from over two hours away, we had several questions and the office staff was always helpful and accommodating. The views from our apartment are wonderful and the location downtown is awesome.
We just signed a lease here and the process could not have been easier. Management was wonderful and attentive. I truly enjoyed working with Nicole, she was so helpful!
Management is rude. The only time they are responsive is to falsify lease violations. Charging extra fees for no reason. You will regret moving here!!!
Great place to stay, huge spacious apartment. Good location, nice and quite neighborhood. Management is excellent, moving was smooth and quickly settled in.
My husband and I just moved in. We are so thrilled to be downtown with so many things to do. We couldn’t ask for a better location. The staff has been great through the whole moving in process, we needed a fast move in and that’s exactly what we got. As for the apartment itself, the layout is fantastic and was perfectly clean upon moving in. So far amazon apartments has lived up to every expectation!
The Amazon Apartments are amazing. The management team alone is above and beyond in anything you may need. I’m so excited and grateful to be able to call this place my home :)

We moved in a week or so ago. Hayley has been fabulous through the whole experience. I cannot wait until summer to be in walking distance from all the great events happening downtown. Two thumbs up????
I have loved my experience so far at Amazon apartments. The staff is friendly and are efficient at getting stuff done in a timely manner. Hayley explains your paperwork and is very knowledgeable. Rachel has been excellent when you have a problem to get it fixed asap. Edwin the maintenance man is excellent at his job very professional and friendly. Levi Z
I've been there since previous ownership and now the new ownership. Previous ownership was not the best, I do agree but since the most current takeover it's been AMAZING. The staff is always inviting and attentive when I come in the office to pay rent and truly make you feel like you are home. They did just recently redo ALL the hallway floors that was disgusting from previous management and ownership and I always see everyone working hard to keep it clean. I can walk to 8 different restaurants and I can walk to all entertainment that people drive hours to see, all outside my door and not have to worry about taking a Taxi home after all the Summer Downtown Events. If you haven't applied yet, you NEED TO! I will be renewing my lease just for the fact that this new ownership is doing so much already, I want to see what else they do and for these prices, you can't beat living downtown right in the middle of where everything happens down here!
I love my 2 bedroom loft. Maintenance and manager are so nice and helpful. Downtown convenience is all I was dreaming about. :-) Leyla
