Amara at Metro West

Whatever you do stay away from this place. Full of promises and never delivering. I lived here from August 2021 to June 2022. From my move in my wife and I were promised a new washer and dryer because ours was making noise when in use. The washer and dryer never arrived and by May 2022 we had decided to buy a house, which meant breaking our contract by one month. We asked to have our contract voided given that we never received our washer and dryer. After several conversations they agreed to void the contract. Fast forward to 2024, I received a call that I owe 1 month of rent at Amara at Metrowest. Today I find myself having to dispute all these charges because once again, the management company promised and not delivered. Also good luck submitting a claim whether it be in person (they are always closed) or online (they dont respond)

We where going through our application process for one of their units. throughout the process we would attempt to call or text a few times and never got an answer. the only time we could communicate with them was in person. Eventually, our application was canceled due to the amount of time that passed. However, we were trying to hear back about if our apartment would be available or if we had to switch. Now we're out the money for the fees and they're not willing to let us just reopen the application.

Moved here from out of state and didn't see the place before hand because my roommates mom picked it out for us so we could relocate for work. Before we even moved in none of the sinks worked, all the plumbing just backed up and wouldn't drain. Mold, mystery stains on the floor, and ants the entire time we've been living here. The other residents are the most selfish insufferable people I've ever lived near. Promises of fixing the screens on balconies, cameras, and a working gate since we've moved in and it's been 7 months and nothing. We pay too much for a disgusting apartment both inside and out. Office never answers the phone and upcharges for no reason. I literally can't wait to move out. If you're moving to Orlando GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

The property is great I’ve been here for a few months now and I can say that the office staff is great and friendly and the maintenance team is pretty efficient, I made a move in checklist upon move in and Terry came fast to fix all my issues I highly recommend Amara you guys rock!!!

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU MOVE IN. If you have a family I don’t recommend this place. These people rented me a unit that had water damage in the A/C closet and the air ducts were filthy. What a nightmare. What ended up happening was mold built up in the air vents while my girlfriend was pregnant living with me. They finally fixed it after months of us inhaling god knows what. The gates are always broken and security is around once in a while no cameras anywhere. It’s not the safest place at all! There’s been shootings, home invasions very close to that neighborhood in fact Amara at metro west Sent me an email saying I’m responsible for my own safety and to be careful and aware of my surroundings. Also, the apartment upstairs had a nasty cockroach problems a huge one happend to fall in the light fixture from upstairs and a couple more smaller ones. The dumpster is always a mess as well.

This is the worst apartment complex, over price for quality of units. Office staff very unprofessional, maintainince staff slow to fix work orders. Gate always broken an rentals rates are increased by over 100 yearly. Dont move save headaches!!!!!!

This was a great place to live then Bridge Property Management took it over and it became garbage. Broken gates, Trashed streets, Stray animals, RUDE OFFICE STAFF, and They put a soccer field in and now it creates so much disturbance, damage to cars and windows, Trespassing people, and the office staff does NOTHING to help including corporate. Don't bother with them they wont answer your phone or email back. This past month I had a problem trying to pay my own rent ON TIME! and when I tried calling while my husband was in the office she flat out told him "I will NOT answer your wifes calls so she can stop trying" So after that if you move here GOODLUCK

This apartment complex has become a dump. If you like a place that's is clean. You will have to work all day to pay the enormous rent, then come home and clean the stair case and landing to your front door. They no longer screened who they rent to, it's all about the money and how fast they can full the complex with tenants. The staff are very rude whenever you try to report any problems to them. Can't wait for my lease to be up.

nice apartment, nice place to live but needs more security

Signing up is easy and fast. Staff is wonderful and helpful when signing up, but afterwards they are very unreliable. Rarely or never answer calls to there office. Work orders that are made online or over the phone are responded immediately, but the time it takes fix the issue takes two weeks or more. Location wise, their are two different sides; townhomes and apartments. Townhomes- very quiet, wonderful residents, not much of any problems. Apartments-very quiet, average residents, if complex is full, parking may be a hassle. Depending on what side you live on; closest to Raleigh street- Police siren every hour, closet to Valencia very quiet. Hope this was helpful :)

It's a very quiet and very friendly area. Close to all the restaurants, grocery store, nails and hairs salon. Pet friendly as well. The staff is very friendly and maintenance crew work very hard!
