I have lived at Amara for one year. So far the community is great. Maintenance calls are done within 24 hours depending on work. I love the acknowledgment of the office staff towards our residents. I would like their to be playground for small children to enjoy.
The staff at Amara apartments are all courteous and professional. It’s a beautiful place to live.

My experience with Amara apartments, including the staff, has been stress free and they always keep their residents informed. The community team members are always eager to help me and my family. They are very respectful and have a lot of empathy for our needs. The maintenance staff has amazing communication skills and work hard to keep everything working properly. Lastly, the community cleanliness and sanitation has been very important as well as maintained regularly. I want to thank them all the time because they're doing an amazing job at helping the residents feel comfortable and happy. I'm glad to live here.
I love living here. Its peaceful and friendly. Conveniently located next to shopping and food, it is a great place to be.

We enjoy being residents here at Amara Apartments. Friendly staff, friendly neighbors and overall good vibes.
The office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They gave us a tour of the community before showing us the apartment. Afterwards we were shown the apartment and everything was perfect. The application was fast and easy online. The office manager kept us updated on everything during the whole process. The community is very quite and the neighbors are friendly.
One night I was giving my information over the phone, and the very next morning, we were able to move in. It was amazing.
The location is very well saw after its management and staff member, all staff personal are very helpful and always kind
Its a nice place to live. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They want to help you. Maintenance department is very responsive with requests and will work with you to set a time if you want to be there. The apartment community seems very family oriented and safe. The children that play outside seem to enjoy themselves.
The Amara Apartments are fabulous. The staff here is wonderful they are attentive to meet your needs in a timely fashion. They make sure that you feel very comfortable in your new home. They also take time out of there busy schedules to schedule activities for the whole amara community. I highly recommend too all looking for a new residence to come and stop by and check out the community.....All tenants are very friendly and very welcoming to newcomers in the villa!!!!!!### YOU will NOT be disappointed by no mean......and shout out to Gabriella.....you are awesomely awesome.....THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING.....=)

As I was moving in the new owners were completely redoing the apartments. My apartment has all new appliances and flooring and I think it looks amazing and for what I'm paying its probably the best deal in town. Other then the couple of spiders, the apartments getting really hot during the summer And them redoing everything was kinda a hassle I think it is a very nice and quiet place to live and close to everything.
