Alza Dwellings is such a cool place to live at! It is located right on the mountain and my apartment view overlooks the city! I am obsessed! The prices are extremely reasonable with all the amenities they offer! They even have a yoga studio and a restaurant. This property reminds me a lot of my old apt in Chicago. I am new to El Paso and after 2 weeks of apartment hunting I decided to apply and move here. Mariana is super nice and is always willing to help me with anything. Melissa was very helpful at the time of picking up keys and answered all my questions. I made a great choice coming here! Thank you Alza Dwellings team! :)

This place has great views and the appliances are nice plus wood flooring! But if you depend on internet for personal life or work this is not the place for you. Wifi is shared through out the apartment complex causing major congestion and slowing down speed. Gaming or streaming don’t even think about it.

This place is amazing! In one day, I called, signed my lease and moved in. The property manager, Paola, was so intentional about making sure I was taken care of well. Another man who works in maintenance personally showed me rooms and gave me information about each one then made moving in so easy! Had such a good attitude and really took pride in his work. The place is new and beautiful. You can see the whole city from the second floor yet it’s so high up that it still feels peaceful

I recommend Alza Dwellings to anyone looking for a seamless process while moving. The application process is quick! It's at a great location and the building itself is stunning. It truly does not feel like El Paso when indoors. The lighting, floors, appliances, facilities, and view are a definite plus! The property manager, Paola, is amazing. She makes you feel at home instantly and accommodates to anyone interested in the property. I am forever grateful to her for how amazing she's been. I love it here and would not imagine living anywhere else.

These apartments are brand new and couldn’t be happier. The manager (Paola) was great at making everything so smooth during my move in process and always makes sure everything is going well. I can’t thank her enough for how awesome she’s been! The apartment itself is very comfy, nice appliances, good use of space, and nice natural light. Oh, and that view! I don’t have to go to scenic drive anymore!
