I toured these apartments today and what a welcome surprise for Whittier! I actually went to tour the new condo’s for purchase and saw the signs for Altura! The employees were very welcoming and organic.Even the maintenance guy stop to ask how my day was going. If I don’t decide to purchase, I will definitely get an apartment here in the meantime!
