Lovely place, poor water

Apartment is beautiful! great amenities, maintenance staff are EXCELLENT. Only problem is the water. It is horrible. Sunshine water either has no filter to the community or sunshine water source is rotten. No other communities in the area have the issues that this complex does with water. It is almost like the water is coming from the ponds around the property with zero filters. horrible. needs to be tested.

The staff here truly cares about the residents here. Property is always kept in immaculate condition while there’s always a food truck, event, or just a relaxing day at the pool on a day off. I couldn’t be happier to call Alton Serenoa home!

disrespectful

Be very cautious when applying to this apartment complex. I was given incorrect information regarding the required documents: a leasing office initially confirmed that my documents would be accepted, so I proceeded to pay all the fees (application and administrative). However, after payment, I was told that my documents were not sufficient and my application was rejected. When I requested a refund of at least the administrative fee — since the process was stopped through no fault of my own — I was flatly denied. This feels misleading and disrespectful to potential tenants. Had I received accurate information upfront, I would not have applied or paid anything. Very disappointed with the way this was handled.

The minute I walked into this apartment complex, I knew this would be my new home. The staff is so pleasant, kind, understanding and willing to help. It is so welcoming and beautiful. The apartments are beautiful, modern and everything that you need or wanted are in there.

Alton Serenoa is so stunning and a beautiful community. Location is great for me as a WDW Cast Member, close to Disney, Celebration, etc. Apartment is so nice and the amenities are wonderful. Moving from California to Florida, they made it so easy for a stressful move. Alton Serenoa feels like home.

Moving into Alton Serenoa has been a great experience. While moving itself is always incredibly stressful, the staff here made me feel as welcomed and prepared as possible. From a clean and quiet community, to the safety at the gate to the front door, it’s all been a wonderful part of calling my new place home. Jaimee was so informative, thoughtful, and professional. She was able to answer every question and made me feel like moving here was going to be the right choice. The staff here is without question some of the best I’ve experienced at any leasing office as they’re genuinely happy and willing to assist. I hope to call this beautiful properly of Alton Serenoa home for years to come.

If you are looking for a new, clean, safe and quiet community, Alton Serenoa is the best fit. Leasing agents are professional and quick to respond to inquiries or maintenance requests. Amenities include a pool, fitness center, outdoor kitchen area (grills not installed yet), and clubhouse. Kitchen has ample cabinets for storage along with a big island. It is about a 30 minute drive to the Disney area, however a connector road set to open by 2026 will be a huge asset to the community that will significantly cut commuting time. Walking/running/biking can also be enjoyed along Sawgrass Bay Boulevard.

We moved from Michigan and everyone here made that transition very easy! From seeing the apartment prior to moving in, signing the lease, and making sure they were available on Sunday to get us our keys when we arrived from Michigan! Alton Serenoa is a beautiful property the amenities are amazing. The gym is has a yoga room and a good mix of equipment. They have a game room and office spaces which is quite. And good spacing with offices. The leasing team Jaimee and the property manager Mandy is amazing. The units have brand new appliances and good spacing 5/5 overall experience
