I've been living at Alton East since 2023. It's a cool place to live. I like that there is always something to do in the area and the people are generally nice. Nothing negative to say really, it does get super packed over here with the popularity of the Eastern, but other than that it's great if you like to enjoy things within in a walking distance or even host (clubhouse, sky lounge, etc). The people downstairs are also really nice and helpful. Take a tour and see for yourself. ;)

The only reliable part of the living experience here was maintenance. Anytime I sent in a request, they were there in leas than 24 hours. Otherwise, this was a terrible property to live at. Management is unorganized and non-communicative. Safety is a joke, as the “lockdown” method they use is pointless when the key fobs and parking decals aren’t deactivated when “lost” or residents move out. Car break ins are very, very typical here. My apartment was broken into as well. The property elevators STINK of dog pee. When brought up to management, it goes unaddressed. If you must live in an apartment, please let this one be your last resort.
These apartments have gone downhill since the first management changed. The elevator/stairs are often nasty and chutes are overfilled/nasty. The parking gates never work! I feel so unsafe living here. If it’s not the parking gate doesn’t work, then it’s the elevator, if it’s not that then it’s the doors. I know people who have had their apartments broken into and their cars. I hope someone sues them for negligence one day!
My husband and I live here and we absolutely love it. It’s the perfect distance away from everything, the staff is amazing and it feels like we’re the only ones that live here at times, that’s how quite and private it seems. The staff was so flexible with us moving in and made our decision to move here the easiest decision. Wouldn’t want to live anywhere else as newlyweds :)

I am new to Atlanta and apartment shopping was a process. But from the second I made my appointment at Alta East to moving here has been such an easy process. The staff here are amazing and always answered all my questions or helped me when I needed it. I love These Newley built condos . The pool , fitness room , lobby , sky lounge and brand new amenities is to die for lol . I have A 3 bdr 2 baths and it’s spacious, everything is done online through an app , from paying rent , getting packages and also requesting maintenance, it’s very convenient. It’s like staying in a resort without going home, the price is worth it . You get what you pay for . I would Definitely recommend!!

I toured this community with my sister who is looking for a new apartment and we were blown away from the moment we walked in. The front office staff welcomed us with a huge greeting and made us feel welcomed. Clinton gave us an amazing tour and the community did not disappoint. The finishes and amenities were beautiful especially the pool and the sky lounge. My sister is not moving until September but Alta East checks all the boxes and definitely at the top of her list!

Can you say Beautiful? Everything about this place the space. The amenities the club room is the place to be. If you have a business, the business center will be your best friend, and the gym. Well let’s just say you, will cancel whatever membership you currently have.

Everything about Alta East is amazing! My boyfriend and I fell in love with the property on our tour and are so happy with our decision to move here. The units are so nice and modern, the gym is awesome, and the whole community is clean and beautiful! We were helped by both Clinton and Jaye throughout our move in process and both were amazing - so helpful, friendly, and accommodating. This community is amazing and you can’t beat the location.

After Clinton gave my wife and I a tour of the community, we immediately went home and submitted an application! The amenities are fantastic and the apartment is spacious enough for the two of us. The entire staff had a hand in making us feel right at home when we moved in. Also, being right off of the Atlanta BeltLine and walking distance to shopping and restaurants is a plus!

I just moved in a few weeks ago and this is one of the best places in Atlanta, Clinton Melton helped us out and gave us two whole tours just for our roommate and made everything exciting and informative. We visited several other places and this was a no brainer for us.
