Worst experience ever, I applied for a apartment they took a long time to reply me, I’m self employed and opened my business last year, I don’t have my first tax transcript yet, they said that cannot accept without this document (there is no disclosures on the website about it) and I applied to other places before and they accepted. If don’t want stress don’t go there.

I've been apartment shopping in the Orlando area for my son and his friend. Both will be attending the university in the fall. We really enjoy the atmosphere of the areas near Lake Buena Vista. Considering the reviews of other properties in the area, I choose to check out Altis. I was extremely impressed! The location, the amenities that will be provided within the community (too many to list), the size and layout of the units (once complete), and the nearby food selection and retail stores will definitely meet our needs. The manager was extremely friendly and knowledgeable! She went above and beyond to answer any and all questions that I had regarding availability of certain units, amenities, any possible fees and/or add-on charges, and most importantly the parking situation. If these units are ready when college starts in the fall, this property would definitely be my first choice for my son and his roommate!
