Property Ratings at Altamonte Terrace
I call and call and call and they don’t give me my deposit. They always tell me call back tomorrow. We’re waiting on corporate. It takes three weeks but it’s been two months. Don’t ever move there. It’s infested with roaches rats. The shooting active drug deals.
This is the WORST!!! place to live nun of the apartments look like any of the pictures. The place is dirty they have roaches, rats, and fruit flies. They don't fix anything i had a work orders in for 10 months and they never came to fix anything. I had mold on my roof and under my sink in the kitchen. The bathroom was falling apart tiles falling off the walls, my door wouldn't stay shut unless i locked it, closet rack and doors were falling off, leaks all over the house, half of my floor tiles were cracked, outlets that didn't work. It took then 6 months to give me a mail box key, the " two bedrooms" is just a wall the put in the middle of the living room. I didn't get my security deposit back
apartment complex does not include everything they tell you, and will not fix things broken inside apartments. This is false advertisement apartments do not include everything in advertisement
If I could I would give it 0 stars the apartments are not worth the money. Yes your utilities are included but that doesn’t mean much when they frequently shut off the water with no notice until hours later and most if not all your appliances barely work several tenants have complained about their stoves not working there are two maybe three laundry rooms parking is horrible I experienced electrical problems with my apartment and they didn’t fix the problem until after two hurricanes hit. The “Landlord “ is completely unprofessional and so are the maintenance staff “workers” I live in a first floor unit and have had my ceiling leak multiple times with the worst case leaving a hole in my kitchen ceiling that hasn’t been repaired and it happened in the summer of last year my refrigerator broke and I lost over $200 worth of food and had to purchase a new one out my own pocket all the apartments have serious bug problem’s “roaches” and they do nothing to help the police are here often for people arguing and fighting and domestic disputes and what not they claim to have two bedroom apartments but they’re really one bedroom apartments trust me DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY!!!!!! Stay FAR away!!!!!
Ms. Sheryl made a huge difference in making a choice to move here, and since then she has made my family feel like home and I recommend Altamonte Terrace Apartments to everyone, especially when all utilities are included no Cable or Electric Bill yes I chose the right place for my family

The management “team” is horrible. Sheryl Will NOT return your calls, I have been calling this property for almost a month and a half and all she says is you’ll move in next week, and every week it changes to the week after that. I’m actually looking for the corporate number because this is ridiculous! Do yourself a favor: If you can find another apartment do so! Because this is a VERY unprofessional establishment!

Good Morning, and I apologize for you feeling that way, however in this business, unfortunately, everything doesn't always follow through in a timely manner due to various reasons, and trust me it frustrates me just as much, and that's when I do everything to maneuver and not allow my potential Resident to worry, and sometimes it doesn't work, and I have to change the date, but that is something I try to avoid to ensure that you move in on the date you choose. I try to accommodate each person who calls and comes into this office. If there is anyway that we can rectify this, I would like to be given that opportunity to do so. No excuses ever, but I do receive a lot of calls and emails, and I try to reach out to everyone, and to know that I lost one person, only makes me work harder to not have anyone to feel like they don't matter, or that I am not concerned about their apartment needs. This a hard review, but I will use it as tool to ensure that it doesn't ever happens again.
I really love my new apartment, it is amazing, great view of the lake and it’s so close to everything. All the restaurants and entertainment are in walking distance, and the office staff is amazing. Ms.sheryl assisted me and she was great. Thank you.

Altamonte Terrace has changed dramatically for the better, Miss. Sheryl is hard but fair and when she says she got you and not to worry that's exactly what she means No worries and no stress I love Altamonte Terrace
Sheryl moved me in and was very efficient and amazing courtesy. She made sure everything was taken care of and had the best customer service.
Horrible place people are worse it will take weeks to get in the property manager won't return your calls and she is very disrespectful the maintenance crew won't repair anything and the price is not what is posted

The management is what sold this place for me. Sheryl was professional and went out of her way to make me feel already at home! They are rapidly renovating the property, and whats been done looks amazing. Spacious apartments options with a lot of natural lighting. Im definitely happy with my new home.
