apartments themselves are beautiful however, if they would’ve built a retaining wall to combat the highway noise, it would be much better. You can hear your neighbors if you’re on the bottom floor garbage is an issue one dumpster for 333 units.? if you’re looking for a quiet area, this is not it

Since the property only has one compactor is the reason why we offer the valet trash to be picked up from your door 4 days a week. We are sorry your experience with us has been less than perfect. I have lived here for 2 years and still love it. The amenities are great, the maintenance staff is wonderful, and the community feels very safe. The rent is a little high, but I do feel that I am paying for a very nice home so it’s worth it to me.

I have lived at Altair for almost a year now and I am so glad I made the choice to move here. They take great care of their amenities-The heated salt water pool is my favorite. Anytime I have a maintenance request, they typically come the same day, and anytime I have a question, the office staff is very helpful to answer it. I definitely reccomend living here.

This apartment complex is exactly what I'm looking for. I was recommended by a current resident who lives there. My current lease does not end until the summer, really hoping to get into phase 2. I'm very appreciative of the office staff, as they were patient with me and very nice. If you're looking for an apartment in the O'Fallon area, I highly encourage you stop by Altair.

I just moved into Altair a week ago and I am very impressed so far. The office staff made the move in process very easy. I love the community amenities, my naighbors are very nice, and I love the high ceilings and features in my apartment. I highly reccomend Altair to anyone looking for a new place.

I’ve enjoyed my patio so much. The amenities are great - free fresh ground Starbucks coffee in clubhouse! Maintenance is friendly and very responsive. Roomy closets. Large storage and garages available - don’t find at many places. Beautiful pool & cabanas and fit-pit with flat screens and out door seating. Can spend lots of time relaxing outdoors almost all year long

Great open floor plans with large kitchens, modern design, well maintained property, courteous and responsive staff, thoughtful amenities. I love living here with my daughter. We feel safe and looked after and that is remarkable for apartment living.

At a glance this property has a nice curbside appeal. However, that is about as far as the appeal goes. The majority of the units are substandard in construction quality. Unfinished and the management team has no interest in maintaining them.
