Alta Suprise is a wonderful place to live the grounds are kept extremely clean. The clubhouse is beautiful. The gym is amazing, with a big beautiful swimming pool and don’t forget the big beautiful apartments 1,2 and three bedroom apartments ready to lease.

This community has been a blessing. The staff is wonderful from the front office manager to maintenance and even the wonderful cleaning lady who keeps the office looking sparkly and welcoming. The property is well maintained and if there’s ever a maintenance concern etc they are very quick to address it. I’m on my second lease here with them and my kiddos and I feel very much so at home. Thanks for all you guys do!

The units are clean and have a nice open layout. It’s quiet, easy to get to, and close to shopping and restaurants. There are a good amount of amenities, and the property is well taken care of. The current management is excellent—very helpful and responsive. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to live.

I enjoy the landscape, I’m not too close with anyone in the buildings however I do respect my neighbors by being quiet and I normally keep to myself and work a lot. Very elaborate club house, let me tell you Gatsby can surely throw a party in there. The pool always looks tempting to go to however I’m always busy with work. Nice to look at though. The gym is spacious, from my experience living in other apartments and the apartment in general is spacious. I normally use the kitchen a lot and the space is more than enough for a single guy. All in all, the amenities, the apartment, the quiet air penetrating the surroundings all just wrap up into a wonderful symphony.

For apartment living, Alta Surprise is pretty good. The office staff is courteous and professional and they have addressed all issues that we've had. The maintence staff is also courteous and professional the few issues we've had were all addressed very quickly to our full satification. The grounds are clean, and most residents are pretty respectful of each other for the most. Alta even does community activities too, which gives residents a chance to interact and do something fun. There's a nice pool, 2 bbq areas, corn hole, ping pong, and foosball, a grassy area for dogs, and a place just to sit outside and talk by a fire pit. If anyone is looking for an apartment, Alta is definately worth a look.

This community is everything I’ve been looking for. From the modern features to the extremely welcoming and personable office staff. Any question I’ve had they have had an answer. I went on vacation for a week , up on my return Michael had asked me how my trip went. The fact he remembered that I was on vacation blew my mind. That just shows me that Alta Surprise truly cares about their residents!! 10 out of 10 absolutely recommend !!!!

Hello, We take these concerns seriously, and we appreciate your feedback. If you haven’t already, please reach out to management directly to request pest control treatments which is here around the 20th of each month. Your comfort and satisfaction are important, and addressing these issues promptly is a priority. We understand prices nowadays are not what they use to be in the past. There are a lot of variables that go into pricing and we hope you can find a subtly price range that fits your budget.
This is my first ever “eligible” bachelor pad and let me tell you this was the easiest and literally painless way to get into a place . The staff are nice, I’ve had a talk with most of the workers so it is a great start to my move. It is very quiet area however there are plans to build in nearby parameters of the buildings so the economic development will be booming in the near future I can feel it. My floor layout is a 1 bedroom with plenty of room to build furniture and a very up to date kitchen. So if you like to cook like I do then you have the room to experiment in the kitchen. The ceilings are high and the bathroom is spacious. I literally feel like I’m in a luxurious hotel, pinch me, am I in a dream or is this reality.

Beautiful new community in Surprise conveniently located close to Walmart, Kohls, etc., as well as many chain restaurants, all less than a mile south of Bell Road. Close to everything needed: shopping, hospital, restaurants, and the 303.
