Alta longwood has more benefits than I thought when I moved in which was a wonderful find. My front/backyard has a nice picketed fence and so much yard, there is a box for WiFi already so I don’t have to rent equipment, and the valet trash is actually timely and it comes with a trash can. The apartment is modern, sleek, and has more storage space than I need. Super grateful I chose Alta Longwood.

Before signing a lease with Alta Longwood, know that you must decide 60 days before your lease ends whether to stay or vacate. If not, they may force an immediate decision or charge you a hefty fee. Read the terms carefully!

I just recently moved into Alta Longwood and not even a full week, the staff here is super kind and helpful! They are always making sure I have everything I need and provide such a great place to live. There may have been some minor issues in the apartment upon move-in but the maintenance staff immediately fixed it all up! Can't wait to enjoy Alta Longwood :)

Alta Longwood remains the best apartment community I have lived in, of the five I've experienced over the past fifteen years. Alta Longwood has completely matured as a flagship residential community. It's on-site management and maintenance team works seamlessly together, and is immediately responsive. The grounds have been consistently maintained, and even after catastrophic damages from hurricanes or other causes, are rapidly restored or at a minimum, we residents are continually informed of progress. I renewed my lease because of my satisfaction with the property, its leadership, and its continued value. Krystin our property manager, Malta her assistant manager, and Alex the maintenance supervisor are consummate professionals who make an effort to develop personal relationships with residents, a positive atmosphere in the front office, and an upbeat culture where everything from food trucks to resident socials are offered. They deserve not only accolades, but continued support from Wood Residential to continue growing and enhancing the Alta Longwood brand. My experience has been one of peace, pride, and assurance. Like living here as I fell like I am at a resort (my location overlooks the pool and fountain). The staff are great to work with and are very responsive.
I love living somewhere that is always beautiful and easy to navigate, I think it was well designed and management does a great job up keeping it. Maintenance is the best, they are personable and quick to respond.
I moved into Alta Longwood, July 2021. I recently renewed because I love the atmosphere. It is a pleasant and quiet neighborhood. It is nicely tucked away. No commotion like in the other nearby cities. Only complaints I really have is how some ppl don’t cooperate with the cleanliness. Also, each apartment should come with at least one designated parking space because me, being single person, I am up against a unit with several vehicles and the parking is super limited. Last complaint is the mail room. Oh, the mail room. I’m not entirely sure what was the goal, but it was missed completely. Alta longwood should contact Amazon and have the Amazon lockers installed. Other than that, I have no other complaints! I’d love to renew with Alta longwood, if the economy permits ????

Alta Longwood is a wonderful place to live. I’ve interacted with the entire staff within different roles and they’re always a pleasure to work with. The community is clean and safe and the communication between the community and its residents is execellent.

Alta is extremely beautiful, and everyone that I have ran into is kind and respectful. There are some downs, but that is bound to happen at every apartment complex. None are perfect.
So far living here has been great. The residents I’ve come in contact with are nice and respectful. The apartments are brand new and beautiful! The area in the apartment complex I live in is very quiet and peaceful and have no issues. Front desk is quick to respond when needed. Not like other communities I’ve lived in where it was impossible to speak with someone so I had to personally email an employee to speak with them.
I love living at Alta! The maintenance team is amazing! They are friendly and you never have to wait long for them to reply to issues.
Lovely property landscaping needs a lot of help,residents do not pick up after their dogs.Also dogs run loose in the hallway and the elevator.
I've been a resident for over a year, and my opinion of Alta Longwood and the staff has evolved considerably. As the property has stabilized, the caliber of fellow tenants has increased, and there have been far less issues with both the facility and fellow tenants as when I first moved in. The staff has grown to know many of the "regulars" and with that, good personal and professional relationships have been created that enable better communication. The management has done a great job at keeping the property in good shape, clean, orderly, and has done an amazing job at hosting events and in the invitation of vendors to the property to enhance the residential experience. They have all done a great job at evolving into a cohesive team. I especially want to commend Krystin and Kevin for being so steady, friendly, and customer-oriented through good times and bad.
Kevin, the maintenance manager is very professional and handsome! Both him & Alex are friendly and kind!
Leasing consultants are super friendly and they know a lot of the residents by name which is amazing.It is a safe, clean and quiet place to live. The staff monthly has different events and special days like Food trucks or pool days that you can attended. What I love most about this place is that they always keep you updated by email about any news o reminders. The location couldn't be better. It's central to just about everything we do on a weekly basis .I really would recommend moving here.

I moved in to Alta Longwood when it first opened the gym is very nice.
I really enjoy living here and one of the reasons is because of the maintenance crew. Fast, efficient and friendly. Kevin is amazing.
Kevin and the other members of the team always do an incredible job taking care of myself and my fiancé. They are always very quick, very attentive, they do a great job completing the work, and they’re very professional. Very satisfied with work order requests at Alta!
Malta had great knowledge on the community and had great customer service during our tour last week.

Upon arrival, i was greeted by the gentleman up front. The staff was extremely nice, The place very beautiful – definitely luxury. The apartments are spacious, stainless-steel appliances, and modern finishes.
