Daryl was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process of selecting our apartment. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to ensure we had all the information we needed, patiently answering our questions and guiding us through every step with professionalism and care. His dedication and willingness to go the extra mile—whether it was accommodating our schedule, promptly addressing our concerns, or offering thoughtful insights—made a significant difference and truly set him apart. We’re genuinely grateful for his assistance and couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
In the afternoons and evenings this place is very noisy. Kids in the complex leave dirt, soil, and trash everywhere including right on your doorstep. The smell of cigarette smoke enters your apartment if you open doors/windows from the chain smokers outside. The sidewalks are filthy and smell of urine. Recent roach and bed bug issues in neighboring units. Management and owners don’t not care about the living conditions. Not a good place to live.
Like many other future residents or new residents, I was impressed with the initial customer service early on. I almost rated this place higher almost a year ago but am glad I waited to get the full experience. Once you move in be prepared for the customer service to go from good to bad. This complex has a new manager in training every couple months. The newest round of managers lack customer service skills, are dismissive, and don’t care to resolve resident concerns. The water is off every week often without prior notice. Recently there was no hot water for 5-6 days and management did not address the matter or communicate with residents until about day 4. There are roaches in the laundry room and inside the washing machines. The laundry area is never cleaned or sanitized. Small children run in the parking lot unattended. A couple of children have made a daily routine of urinating outside the front doors of neighboring units and on the stairs. This place has really gone downhill since the previous manager left. Some of the units are upgraded and look nice but this place overall is the worse place I have ever lived in.

Almost 3 years there, very clean and calm, with a wonderful site manager (Claudia), she is always available to help with her excellent customer service.
The amenities that are mentioned (Hot tub, fitness center, laundry facilities..) are never in full working order. The fitness center is VERY small and half of the fitness equipment has not been functioning for over a year. The spa has not worked since 2014 at least. There are 8 washers in the laundry room and 4 are usually out of order at any given time. I'm not sure why the description above states there is a patio or balcony because there is not. You have to pay a flat rate per month for water but the management is constantly turning off the water all day to fix a "leak" and there's never any discount on the water bill for you having to go 8 or 9 hours without water. This happens 2 or 3 times a month. There's also no game room that I'm aware of. There are always kids running around screaming and cursing. The above description states the community is gated but the side gate is always broken (by one of the other tenants) and the gate into the parking section is stuck open most of the time. There's ALOT of homeless people around the complex so you'll see them inside the complex digging in the dumpster or sleeping in the laundry room. I've also witnessed a homeless person urinating by the dumpster. If your unit is by the street, then you will hear a lot of noise from booming cars, motorcycles, or people screaming on the street. I only recommend moving here if you're desperate.
Apartment is about 950 square feet of space. Two bed and two bath but only the hall bath room has a bath tub. Master bed room has just a shower in it's bathroom. Second bedroom is very typical bed room with a small closet. Master bedroom is very large with a large walk in closet. There's only an a/c in the living room wall, no central a/c so it gets very hot at the back end of the apartment during the Summer months, high 90's. Living room and dining area are large enough for my desk and there's a linen closet in the hall way but the cupboards aren't very deep. This complex recently changed it's stance on pets. Pets are no longer allowed so your furry friend can not come with you. It's also located n a bust street so lots of noise in and around the complex from time to time. The good thing is that there are lots of shops, banking, restaurants and doctor offices with in walking distance so it's easy to get around.
