Alta Cypress

I have lived at Alta Cypress for almost 3 years, and I have to say it has been an ABSOLUTE PLEASURE!! Having never lived in an apartment community before, I was a bit leery about what to expect, but the management staff and maintenance team have been truly amazing. My lease ended yesterday, and I have go say it is bittersweet. If home is where the heart is, then the staff at Alta Cypress has so much heart that they make this property a beautiful place to call home!

This place is full of fake reviews. It's a market strategy. There's cops here alot, cars being messed with, loud rap music from 6pm - 5 am . No parking. Sketchy people, drug heads and lots of noise. This place is. Bad it looked great but renting a room here was a bad idea it's literally the hood a lot of times.

I love the layout of the apartment. It is modern & suite my taste of elegant living. I love the view of the fountain. Pedro & Ray are very courteous & friendly & made me feel at home

Alta Cypress has the BEST maintenance staff- professional, friendly, considerate - all around great experience dealing with them!

This property is pretty, but thats about where it ends. The features in the apartments are not functional, the neighbors are lazy and pile trash up waiting for the days that trash gets picked up instead of taking out themselves, so the halls start to smell like a landfill. The bottom of most staircases smell like dog poop. The main gate has been broken the entire time I have lived here and the office staff's solution is to just leave ALL gates open. One of the reasons for choosing this complex was due to it being gated. Customer service is terrible and when you voice your concerns, all you are met with is an entire load of excuses. Looking forward to my lease ending!!! Will never recommend it to anyone, not even an enemy.

Office team and maintenance team seem like they do not want to be here or do anything to help the residents. They are working their 9-5pm and don’t want to do anything extra if it means more work for them or going above and beyond their duties.

Staff at Alta are very kind and helpful, I appreciate what they do.

There's been alot of issues here so far....the mold being disregarded is a big big issue to me.

Living here feels like a vacations of how relaxed that atmosphere is and the amount of amenities that is included.

Alta cypress has thought about everything when it comes to luxury living. From game rooms for the kids to walking trail for the pets and door package delivery Alta cypress has redefine living

What a lovely place to live. Both myself and my wife and my dog love being here. It’s without of the doubt one of the nicest apartments to live in, not to mention gated and with events thrown by the staff. Super clean, and above all cozy!

Alta Cypress is where you will get the most value for your money. They are so attentive, host community events and keep everything looking nice and new. We feel so safe living here and are so happy with our experience even a year after moving in!

Love these apartments. Everything is up to date, neighbors are quiet and maintenance is on top of it.

With this being my first apartment community experience, Alta Cypress has set the bar pretty high. I considered moving to another city closer to my friends after my first lease was up, but just couldn't find anything at a similar price point with the same high standards. I'm glad I stayed and looking forward to another great lease term!

Alta Cypress is hands down my favorite place to live!! Zoty, Daemeon and the entire staff goes above and beyond for their residents. Maintenance is rocks too. I would recommend anyone to live here. I love it here!! 10/10

Alta Cypress is a great community. The Leasing Office works hard and everyone in my experience has been pleasant and easy to work with.

Apartment is great, location is great, and staff is amazing. I think the world would agree, rental rates are all out of control right now but if I'm going to pay top dollar at least I'm well taken care of here.

Zoty, Daemon, Antoine and Shayla have all been wonderful when moving into the apartment as well as welcoming and attentive to my needs every time I come into the office to pick up mail or packages. The minimal maintenance needs I have needed were completed in a timely and proficient manner. Any issues in the complex are handled promptly. I am truly happy living at Alta Cypress and I feel that under Zoty’s leadership the team thrives.

Excellent community, awesome neighbors, grocery markets, gym, etc. are all nearby…

I feel safe here as a woman living alone, which is one of the most important aspects to me in today’s world and events in the Orlando area within the last few years. The complex is very clean and maintenance is on-par and responds quickly if I need anything. The apartments are brand new and “luxury” modernized influencer-esq.

Great community to live in. The staff is always super kind, respectful and helpful, and any small concerns I’ve ever had were taken care of quickly and professionally. The apartments are spacious and gorgeous- the island in the kitchen is probably my favorite part. The amenities are also wonderful.

I have never felt more at home than anywhere else I’ve lived in Central Florida. The amenities are amazing and maintenance is cordial and professional. Big shout to Antoine from the leasing office. He made our process smooth and easy.

We love Alta Cypress. Staff has always been helpful and polite. Amenities are great. I’ve been to a lot of other luxury apartments in Orlando and our clubhouse is our favorite. The gym is also very nice. Three dog parks is a great convenience. The location is great as well. 15 minutes to Winter Park and less than 10 minute to Altamonte Springs. Publix and Crumbl just a walk away as well which is cool. The apartments themselves are nice. The dug out island is great because you can save space and use it as your main table. We love having our huge corner balcony as well. All in all I’d recommend Alta Cypress to anyone.

Absolutely LOVE living here! Amenities are amazing, location is fantastic, and the staff are always pleasant and upbeat! All the way from the maintenance crew to the office manage, top down, 5 stars! We worked with Antoine and had an incredible experience. He was always upbeat, patient, funny, and professional! This place is worth the look!

My fiancé and I have been living in the complex for almost a year now, and we absolutely love our place. We have the 1/1 floor-plan with a den and it makes an amazing game room for us. Definitely check this place out!!

From the moment I did the tour and even to today I still get a welcome home feeling from the staff. Whether, it is to ask questions or help in the mail room there is someone there to help. The neighbors are friendly and the community is quiet. Alta Cypress is a great choice to live in.

Alta Cypress is beautiful, especially the interiors! Toured a 2-bedroom apartment & was surprised at how big the apartment was. Has all of the modern finishes. I believe it was Antone that helped me. Nice guy.
