I really enjoyed living at Alta Civic Station. The complex is very quiet and peaceful which I appreciate very much as I work from home most days of the week. The apartments at Alta Civic Station are great. But the real selling point and why I stay is the staff. Great people to work with. Truly care about the tenants. Great response time from the maintenance folks when needed. The way they keep up the appearance of the grounds shows how much they care.

Alta Civic Station is in a perfect location. You are literally within walking distance of Mall's, restaurants. The apartments are very modern looking on the outside and yet very comfortable and warm on the inside. The parking lot and surrounding areas are very well lit. Gives you a overall sense of security. And of course, the management and staff are outstanding!!

I have lived here for about a month now and so far I've had a overall good experience. I really appreciate the new appliances and the modern design. My neighbors have been very respectful and quiet. Maintenance requests have been addressed promptly, and the office staff have always been very helpful, professional, and friendly. I've never before had such a fantastic experience with apartment office staff, so shout-out to our awesome office people! My only notable complaint is the package delivery room- it can be inconvenient to use, especially because recently it was completely inaccessible for a few days due to a lock malfunction. This isn't a big enough issue though to hurt my overall experience.
I absolutely love everything about Alta since moving in! The office staff is amazing and very communicative! The maintenance is very prompt and responsive and quick to get things done! The neighbors have all been so amazing thus far! From the complex we came from, this place is phenomenal! I really feel like I made the right choice moving here!

Nice apartments, great tenants that are all moving out because we are just a dollar sign and we're tired of the crime and the lack of respect ownership has for us, the people who are bringing in all of your money.
The staff and the apartments are way above standard!!!!! Unfortunately, you folks can't babysit all the tenants!! Not your job. Keep up the great job!! Most of us appreciate your hard work!!!!!
Alta Civic is a beautiful complex that is well maintained. It is clear all staff care about the property and providing a caring and safe environment.
It's a really nice apartment complex in a great area of Gresham. I love how it's right next to MAX and a new shopping area. The other tenants are mostly friendly and the apartments are nice and quiet.

I've been a happy resident for 6 months and cannot say how surprised I continue to be. If there are any maintenance matters, they are responded to quickly, efficiently and always completed correctly the first time. The staff is unlike I have ever dealt with. Every person I have interacted with has been so friendly and behave in a manner that truly makes you believe that they value you as a person and as a resident. The buildings and grounds are kept beautifully immaculate and the key fab entry is a huge plus for security. Flex parking has been great and even if I don't always get the same spot, each one is still convenient enough to be grateful for the ease of being closer to your building. I'm so glad I chose Alta for my home. I am thrilled to be here and can't imagine being anywhere else.

Alta civic station located near MAX station if you use the train it’s a bonus. The parking lot doesn’t have security gates but you have pay fee, one day the window in my car was broken. Difficult access to parking lot , especially this winter, no none cleaned it, there was solid ice for several days, poor security system, high rental price. Friendly office workers, the area around the apartment is cleaned, the inside of the building is kept clean, the cleaning company does a good job!
I feel Alta Civic Station is a great apartment complex. It is a safe and secure building.

Alta Civic Station is a comfortable place to live situated in a convenient location. You have close access to the heart of Gresham for shopping and exploring, as well as a Max stop in case you want to head into Portland.
Beautiful apartment, reasonably priced and staff is first class. All amenities are great and everything is kept in very nice condition and cleaned regularly! Highly recommend.
I have lived here since late April and I cannot stress enough how great of an experience I have had here so far. The units give you a luxury experience without the steep pricing. The office staff is amazing with their great communication and awesome urgency on any concerns I have had. Coming from someone who works in housing this staff at Alta Civic Station is the best you can get. The amenities are great things that you wouldn't even think you would need till you have them (dog wash station, fitness center, secured package center, work from home office spaces, etc.). Any maintenance requests we've put in have also always been taken care of promptly and with care. Shy was always friendly whenever he came into the unit to address something and always followed through. I can promise you if this is a place you are interested in, it doesn't get much better than this.
Not only do I feel safe at Alta Civic Station, it is conveniently located to all my shopping needs, and credit union.
I would say Atla Civic is overpriced 100%. I like the amenities and modern finishes and overall convince of the location. However, many things are not taken into consideration. For starters, the insulation is terrible, I can hear my downstairs neighbors and upstair neighbors when something simple like using their cabinets or drawers, I can hear footsteps because there is no concrete or better insulation between floorplans. Another thing is parking, they charge us too much for the area not to be gated, cars have been broken into and even stolen. There are no security cameras or the security staff they hire that are onsite to prevent such things. Alta Civic also is dumbfounded by how many nonresidents dump their trash into resident dumpsters. This is unfair since they charge us more for frequent garbage pickup days. There are often nonresidents and homeless people that dumpster dive and leave a mess and hang in the area and security not being around. It is honestly ridiculous for the disposal price increase and the extra charge for a parking spot and stressing out if a car will get broken into due to lack of security.
The office and maintenance staff at Alta Civic Station are top notch. They have far exceeded any expectations that I had. Their professionalism and communication have been truly appreciated.
I believe that Alta Civic Station is worth every penny of rent. It's a quiet, safe caring community. You couldn't find better staff!! The facility is well kept. Very close to downtown Gresham. Easy access to transportation.
Love it here. Seems they are very efficient responding to service requests.
