The staff at Alta City Side always listens and tries their best to do things that are within their control. They seem to care about their residents and want to make it a good living experience.
Provides a perfect balance of privacy and amenities. Different from other apartments in Nashville because the amenities provided are practical and useful to the majority of residents.

10/10 experience with Alta City Side. From the first email, every interaction with the team has just been so pleasant. Leasing was made very convenient and easy through the online portal. When move-in day came, the transfer of keys was smooth. I had a very small maintenance issue, but it was resolved quickly. I can't express enough how nice the people are! I feel so taken care of and welcomed, it has really been such a pleasure to become part of this community!
