WOW, WOW & WOW. This place is absolutely beautiful and the amenities are everything you would expect. The floor plans are spacious, the property is well kept and the Staff, especially Katie are well informed, knowledgeable and an absolute delight. I have narrowed by choice down to 2 and so far I think this will be my new home. Thank you for a great experience.

coming from owning my own house for 7 years and living in a rental house for over 12 years I was hesitant about moving into an apartment. Then I found ALTA this is an awesome apartment complex...I think I'll stay here for a while

Great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I love the convenience of the elevator and four story covered parking garage. I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else. A beautiful neighborhood with parks and trails."

The office staff is incredibly friendly. Remington has been super accommodating and gave us plenty of time to ask questions and review the paperwork, etc. before signing (even letting us take home copies of information that could be shared so that we could consult outside sources) with no pressure. The maintenance staff is also incredibly fast and friendly. The location is great, and it's quiet enough that I can easily work from home. Best we have found so far

My husband and I visited to find an apartment for family moving into the area. We were greeted by a staff member named Remi. Remi was very friendly, sweet and extremely knowledgeable about the property. She showed us the model apartment and the facilities. Wow everything is modern and on trend. It was because of the staff that made all the difference in the world. We will definitely refer our family to Alta of Horizon West!

I had the pleasure of visiting the property a couple of weeks ago and was very impressed. At entering the property, I found the grounds to be clean and well groomed. As i toured the office and amenities, i found this property to be upper echelon. The office, it's office staff and maintenance were very friendly and welcoming. I will be referring everyone who i know that is looking for a new home in Winter Garden to this property. Kudos to all who work there. Absolutely stunning!!

Absolutely love these apartments. The location couldn't be better, the management and the maintenance team are timely and friendly. The property is always clean. The amenities are amazing. The community manager Matt provides excellent customer service and makes sure your questions are answered right away. Definitely recommend this as your next luxurious home.

Not only is Alta at Horizon West a beautiful complex, it’s run by some great people like Matt and Eddie.
My experience here at Alta has been great so far! The property is well maintained, maintenance and the staff in the office have all been courteous and helpful. Good neighbors, not too much noise.
The apartments are very new, the structure is incredible and the staff are very kind!! Lilly, Mônica and the entire team are very helpful and kind.
We recently moved in after making the decision from 1000 miles away. Thankfully, the property is even more stunning in person and everyone has been extremely kind and helpful.
Lillian was wonderful. She guided me through the whole process from start to finish, and her kindness and patience were very much appreciated. The apartment is lovely, and the community very nice.
I recently had the incredible opportunity to experience the living at Alta Horizon West apartments, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped onto the grounds, I was captivated by the pristine cleanliness and well-maintained appearance. The grounds of Alta Horizon West are immaculate, showcasing a level of care and attention to detail that is truly commendable. The lush greenery, well manicured lawns, and beautiful scenery create an atmosphere of serenity and tranquility. It is evident that the management team takes great pride in ensuring the residents have a visually appealing and peaceful environment to call home. One of the standout features that sets Alta Horizon West apart is their pet-friendly policy. As a pet lover, I was overjoyed to discover that not only are they open to furry companions, but they also have a dedicated dog park. I immediately thought of the excitement my four-legged friend (Carlos the golden doodle) would have as he got to exercise and socialize with other dogs. The thoughtfulness and consideration given to pet owners truly impressed me! One individual who deserves special recognition is Matt, the property director at Alta Horizon West. From our very first interaction, he exuded a genuine warmth and hospitality that instantly made me feel welcome. Matt's dedication to ensuring the happiness and satisfaction of residents is truly extraordinary. He was always available to address any concerns or questions I had, and his professional yet friendly demeanor made me feel like a valued member of the community. Living at Alta Horizon West felt like being part of a tight-knit family. The sense of belonging and community spirit that permeates throughout the complex is unparalleled. The residents I encountered were friendly, and I even think Carlos found a girlfriend, Jasmine (a tiny shitzu Maltese) In conclusion, Alta Horizon West apartments have left an indelible impression on me. The cleanliness of the grounds, the pet-friendly atmosphere, and the exceptional service provided by Matt and the entire management team have made this a truly remarkable living experience. If you are seeking a place where you can feel at home, welcomed, and part of a vibrant community, I wholeheartedly recommend Alta Horizon West.
We moved in 2 months ago and we love it here. The pool is always cleaned and they had a movier on the grass which my daughter and I loved. Monica helped us move in and it was so easy. Recommend to everyone!

Living in Alta has been a wonderful experience. The entire complex is amazing, beautiful and well maintained. The clubhouse is wonderful, the landscaping is beautiful and well Careful . the birds sing all day around here. The staff is wonderful, the office staff is competent and friendly. we are loving live here .
I have lived here now for 2 months and I am loving the pool and gym. My guest compliment me on the apartment and how big it is. The office staff is amazing and very quick to fix any issues. I have recommended to everyone!
Living at Alta at Horizon West has been an incredible experience. The location is good, with its proximity to nature and convenience to all the amenities one could ask for. The apartments are beautifully designed, offering both comfort and style. The resort-style amenities provide endless opportunities for recreation and relaxation, from the inviting pool to the fitness center and outdoor grilling stations.
I think it's a new life experience. an apartment with comfort, very well located. close to very good schools and good markets
We moved into a 2/2 with our 4 pets (3 dogs, 1 cat). The apartment is very roomy, with plenty of cabinet space and a generous wrap-around balcony. Move-in day was super easy and they gave us a folder full of local discounts, instructions and the schedule of community services, and how to reach the staff if needed. Everyone is super friendly and is always ready to help. The trash service is always on time, and the gym is excellent. The property is really well maintained, everything is brand new, and it's easy to request maintenance online. There are paths around the complex with plenty of shade to walk our dogs and we look forward to when the dog park and dog spa are open.
I haven’t moved into the Alta yet, but I will within a few weeks and I have done nothing but email Monica and Daniel with questions. They have been nothing but kind and helpful everything single time. The community is absolutely beautiful and I went to visit a few times as I am so excited to move in :) The staff is so so nice and that’s all you can ask for. I really hope I love it there. So far, things are looking good.

Exceptional quality in ultra popular Horizon West. A beautiful place to live, outstanding staff, beautifully landscaped. Lovely amenities and a zero-entry salt water pool. By far the nicest in Horizon West.
Although I was not able to rent this time around, I wanted to leave a review based on my experience with Matt and Daniel. I had a pleasant experience speaking and emailing with Matt, he was swift, honest and respectful. I appreciate the kindness and authenticity Matt showed regarding my situation. If circumstances (personal) change I would definitely consider renting here based on that alone.
