Property Ratings at Alt Stone Bridge Apartments
Now that I finally have a working phone again, I'd like to give an honest review about my experience living here. I wish I had good words about this place, but I don't. When we moved in we gave Heather (who does not work there anymore) a very long list of stuff that was wrong. She proceeded to write down what she thought was worth being wrong and threw the rest of the list away in front of us. The place was FILTHY when we move in. The carpets were crusty, the vinyl floor was torn up, the oven/stove didn't work properly, the fridge was covered in black gunk, and many other things were filthy or broken when we moved in. When maintenance did come in, it was common for them to leave stuff broken that wasn't broken when they came in. When we tried to talk to Heather about it, she gaslit us. We had to contact the landlord multiple times just to get stuff done because Heather and maintenance would ignore us for weeks on end or they would lie to us constantly. After she was fired/quit, everything was fine, except for some bad neighbors that constantly threw food and garbage outside and caused us to have an ant infestation. One of the nasty neighbors was kicked out, but the other one would constantly throw pasta, sandwhiches, and a bunch of other garbage directly onto our patio. I took pictures of EVERYTHING before we moved in AND when we moved out. After we left, I personally deep cleaned the apartment and took photos inside and out of all the stuff that I cleaned. But when it came time to get the deposit back, we noticed that we were charged for maintenance deep cleaning the fridge and cleaning a few other things. We were charged for blinds that were broken when we moved in. Maintenance broke the blinds BEFORE we moved in and decided to staple pieces of it together to try to pass it as "fixed". They also charged us for items left behind and when we tried to call to ask about said items, the woman my husband talked to decide that she didn't want to tell us what was left behind and we were unable to get ahold of anybody after that.
The management is horrible they treat people like we are worthless. It is over priced for Toledo. Just a bad place to live in. DO NOT RENT AT ALL
Place is a joke. They've had 4 managers in the past year and still can't it right. Place is outdated, overpriced and not well maintained. If you love the smell of Marijuana and hearing your neighbors every foot step. Would highly recommend this place
Affordable for the average income, units are spacious enough to decorate as you see fit with an open floor plan. With its only access from Heatherdowns Bvd, the community is tucked away and some what quiet as complexes go. Nearby has access to hwys and to city transit systems, along with restaurants and convienience shopping. Extra ammenities include the pool, tennis/ basketball court and sidewalks for your activity and breath of fresh air. I have been here 3 plus years
