The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Alpine Meadows Apartments I
lived here for a year and there’s so many problems i could write an entire novel. parking is terrible, office staff is rude af and never helped. maintenance doesn’t follow instructions and barely speak english. car got broken into three times but there’s supposed to be “overnight security”. ant infested and they never did anything about it, wasted hundred of dollars on pest control items. worst complex i’ve ever lived at i would never recommend this place
It is very clean and usually very quiet as well. The maintenance crew is always yard working and cleaning the grounds.Problems that come up are immediately addressed by management.

Thanks a bunch for the 5-star review! We're thrilled to hear that you're satisfied with your home. Please don't hesitate to let us know if you need anything in the future. Thanks again!
My family has lived at Alpine Meadows for over 3 1/2 years now, and we love it here! The office staff is very helpful and the maintenance guys are so nice. They always seem to be smiling and waving as they drive by. We look forward to the events that they use to have, and sure missed them this year. It makes me feel good when the staff knows our names, and we're just walking by to checking our mail. I would highly recommend this place.
I’m a resident of 2+ years and I will NOT be renewing my lease. The apartments have black mold, cockroaches and awful plumbing that clogs and leaks frequently. The windows leak and it’s impossible to hold heat and keep apartments warm in the winter. The property is disgusting. Garbage and recycling bins are constantly overflowing allowing garbage to be blown all over the property. PET WASTE IS OUT OF CONTROL. I understand it’s the pet owners responsibility to clean up after their pet but if they don’t do it then Management or Maintenance needs to take care of it. The amount of pet waste on this property is unhealthy and unforgivable. Management has a very poor attitude. Any concerns about the property or requests for maintenance are met with resistance and an attitude of discomfort. I have taken my concerns to the Onsite Property Manager and I find the manager of this property to be incompetent and careless. Also, maintenance is slow is respond sometimes taking weeks to fulfill a simple request. All in all this is a direct result of very poor management. The more I heard from my neighbors I realized that I was not alone in my disgust with property or dealings with management.
I am so appreciative of the management and staff, they have done everything to accommodate us here in our new place.
We have lived here for 5 years and the maintenance has gone down. Our appartment has flooded, had blackmold, bugs, and we are always worried about our cars getting broken into. The complex is overrun by people who don't even live here especially in the summer with the homeless population in the garbage area and the neighborhood kids taking over the pool. There have been drug overdoses, swat team busts, and physical fights and drug deals in the parking lot with no notice to anyone around about what is going on. Very disappointed in the way things are ran.

We are glad you have made the decision to continue to reside at Alpine Meadows. Management is making strides to continue to detour any non-resident activity through-out our community. Also, we are building a working relationship with our local Gresham Police Department and the officers that are assigned throughout the entire neighborhood. We certainly agree that it is unfortunate that events, that are beyond our control, happen to occur. If you have any further questions or concerns, you are always welcome to contact our office.
My husband and I had contacted Alpine Meadows for an apartment after selling our home. I was hesitant and un-experienced in the process since we had not applied for an apartment for 8 years!! Rachel went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectation of help!! She has assisted me in every step of the way and has put my worry to ease! I highly recommend Alpine Meadows and am so appreciative in the staff they have. Thank you Rachel for all you help and for making this process pleasurable!

We are so glad you had such a wonderful experience and that Rachel was able to put your concerns to ease. Rachel is a wonderful asset to the Alpine Meadows team and we are happy to have her on board.
It's a nice apartments. I live here more than 6 years in 2 different units. But the problem is cockroaches! They do call pest control to spray for it twice per year and it cost $130 (for two treatments) and they charge residents for it no matter what. I know few people complain same thing. Same problem with mold. They change residents for it also. I tried to to explain it's not my fault. I'm a truck driver and don't carry even food at home. I always keep apartment nice and clean but they still charging me extra. Disappointed.

We are happy you have continued to reside at Alpine Meadows despite your concerns. We are sorry you had such an experience and glad it was quickly remedied this fall when it was brought to our attention. Our office is always happy to help answer any questions our residents may have, so please feel free to contact us. Thank you.
Great place to live. Fairly quiet. Responsive maintenance staff. Helpful office staff. Good location. We have lived here for 11 years with no major issues. The other residents are friendly and respectful. Walking distance to major supermarkets, and right on bus line. These apartments are the largest square footage for the money that you can find in this community.
We've lived here for almost two years and just renewed for another year. The staff changes often, but is fairly consistent with service. They're always very quick to fix thing and very courteous! The cheapest and nicest apartments in Gresham!
On moving in to the Alpine Meadows Apartments I was very pleased with how Nice the staff was. I am disabled and have to live on the ground floor apartment. The staff goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything for me is OK.
