Apartments flood when it rains. I called maintenance and the put flashing on the outside of the way that did not fix anything. So they pretty much patch things up but not really fix anything. The spray but there are still roaches. They send out flyers to fix things so you prepare for them and the repairs never happensThe bathtubs do not drain. I plunged my life away every time that o need to take a bath. If life happens they do not care all they want is their money and do not even try to understand . The toilets leak. They just put caulking around the toilet abut they still leak.

The people in the office are wonderful and do their best; however, this place has had umpteen different companies own it, and each time the price to live here goes up and up. We have been here 7 years. When we first moved here, water, trash, and internet was included in our rent. We paid a one time pet deposit for our cat. Now we pay for ALL OF IT MONTHLY. The new management snuck in a "new lease" in February which we had no say so about and we had some surprise charges when we paid our rent--which they require online--which means another extra fee! We are barely making ends meet now.
Large three bedroom perfect alternative to renting a house. Ours has laundry hook up and low utility cost. We will be renewing
I recently had the displeasure of renting an apartment in a complex that was advertised as "affordable" and "conveniently located". Unfortunately, I quickly discovered that the cheap rent came with a multitude of sacrifices that ultimately made my living experience there disappointing and frustrating. Firstly, the maintenance check-ups were delayed and often took weeks to get done. When I first moved in, I noticed that my AC unit was not working properly. I called the management office to report the issue, and they assured me that it would be fixed in no time. However, after several follow-up calls and weeks of waiting, the issue was still not resolved. It was incredibly frustrating to live in a sweltering apartment during the hot summer months, despite having reported the issue multiple times. In addition to the delayed maintenance, I was also shocked to discover that the apartment was infested with cockroaches. No matter how many times I sprayed insecticide or tried to keep my apartment clean, the cockroaches just kept coming back. It was incredibly disturbing to see them crawling around my kitchen at night, and it made me feel like I was living in a dirty and unsanitary environment. Overall, while the rent was indeed cheap, the sacrifices I had to make were simply not worth it. The delayed maintenance, cockroach infestation, and poor overall condition of the apartment made for a frustrating and disappointing living experience. If you are considering renting in this complex, I would strongly advise against it.
They don’t fix nothing like they are supposed to, they have roaches and gnats really bad you can kill them but they coming back it never fails. The bathroom floods aleast twice a week . This is the worst place to live.
I have only been living here for three months and is highly unimpressed. I have had the WORST experience here, and this is my first time renting. I’ve had no ac since I moved in and have been homeless for weeks because of water damage. DO NOT MOVE HERE! IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!

If you enjoy hood life where you pay extra to have your cars broken into or being shot at this is it. Apartments are infested with roaches or gambling with your life while the floors are cracked on the second floors. Not to mention a tree fell through an apartment recently and the renters weren't notified but evicted. Hey if you like bills we share the water bill now. So if your willing to live on the edge, pay out of pocket, and be screwed you got the right place. Oh fyi both grills and fire pits are rusted and gas ran, only half the dryers work, and the pool was only open and cleaned for the picture poses. I give a 1 bc 0 isnt accepted.

There are many reason you shouldn’t move here. First of all there’s been many shootings, one that I witnessed right outside my window where the guy came out with an assault rifle. Cops are always here for some reason. We had a terrible case of roaches and it was absolutely disgusting. Ac goes out often, water is often shut off for “maintenance”. The pool was disgusting and never got to use it. Always groups outside yelling at 2-3am. Girlfriend couldn’t come over without getting harassed and catcalled. The door was recently ripped off the hinges in the laundry facility *recently fixed*. Our roof was leaking and water was falling into our living room and they cut a hole in the ceiling to investigate and it took them forever to come back and patch it up (ceiling started leaking again so they didn’t even fix the problem). If you’re not from the tyler area and see the cheap rent looking attractive do not be fooled. Hopefully the new management will turn things around but as of right now you will regret moving here.

Do not move here! We have had a leak on our porch for over a month and nothing has been done. We were even told its not effecting our living in the unit we pay for the porch and can't even use it! There have been numerous shootings here, and are never notified, people in the parking lot all hours of the night selling drugs and god knows what else. I urge you to please not move here.

There are roaches in laundry room. We moved in June 1 and still have no cable Many other apartments are infested with roaches. Some have no air conditioning since July
We’ve had roaches since the day we moved in. When we Brought it up to the office they said theyed take care of it. It took them a month to get someone in to fix it and when they did nothing changed. Building 5 is completely infested with roaches and alpine won’t take the steps necessary to fix the issue. And by infested I mean not being able to enter a room withought being able to count at least 5 on the walls at any given time. There are Constant gun shots. Tyler Pd has been her 4 times in the past 3 weeks. Do not move here. The units are nice on the surface but once you move in you realize just how bad this place is.
My apartment was infected with roaches the first day I moved in. They only sent pest control to my apartment twice even though I called every week. My lease is finally up and the roaches are still here. Also keep in mind if you move in a three bedroom, your master bedroom will not get any air conditioner circulation. Maintenance and staff will tell you it’s nothing they do and recommend you to buy a window unit.
We have lived at Alpine Creek for 4 years and have found it to be quite comfortable. Yes over the years we have had a few bumps along the way however the currant management are exceptional! Also very pleased with the maintenance staff and the laundry rooms are always clean and all the washers and dryers in good working order.
When I say I have had it with this place I have HAD IT!!!! If it's not the water being off, the trash all outside the apartment, people leaving beer cans on your car, roches that you end up having to spray for to keep out, kids putting scratches and dents in your brand new car, work orders not being performed on time.......if it's not all that and more, it is the horrible staff. This lease office has more turn overs for staff than any other place I have ever been at. Everybody that was there when I first moved here has been replaced twice this year. I have never in my life been late on my rent nor have I given them any reason to come after me for any issues regarding my apartment. This past month one of there workers called stating that they were going to credit a certain amount of money towards my rent and had my husband come in and sign stating that was okay for them to do. This amount was promised to us back in 12/2018 when we signed the lease. The month of november comes around and we pay the rest of what is left for us to pay for this month and now they tell us they made a mistake and we have to pay a additional $450. Even though they admitted to this mistake and stated that there will be no late fee due to it being their fault, it is still going to cost us. After a long argument they agreed that we can just pay them by the 15th. So now they are stating that I better pay 4 days sooner than we agreed upon in writting or I will be evicted and they toped a additional $70 on top of what I owe which is the late fee. I literally spoke to one person one day regarding this issue and the next day she was fired smh. They are so quick to charge you for something but so slow to answer their phone or to take care of a work order. If it wasn't for God I am telling you right now I would have came across that desk on 2 of them due to the mistake they have made that is costing me. You do not play with people's money and living situation.

In the time I was there they lost my rent check multiple times and we got multiple eviction notices because of it. After moving out, we never got the final bill. We just got calls from debt collectors. Turns out they send it to the wrong address! The move-out charges were also ridicules! And they refused to work with me because " why didn't you contact us as sooner?" That's just monetary stuff, we also had to go 3 weeks without AC because their maintenance didn't know how to fix it. Upon calling a specialist, they had to wait for parts... The exterior wall fell once damaging about 20 cars in the parking lot, (I'm sure they didn't pay for that either) and an entire apartment building burnt down once. (it was on the news, look it up). Overall, stay away!

Roaches!!! Roaches!!! Roaches!!! And it's no wonder b/c sections of the baseboards are missing... it's like they didn't measure correctly or just ran out and left big gaps in the base boards all around the apt. They say pest control comes every month but I have yet to see them. I wish I knew this before I moved in. They only reason they got 2 stars is b/c the management team is very nice and at least seem to care when you call for anything.
One of the worst places to live. If one thing isn’t broken the next thing is and maintenance WONT fix it right and don’t know how to. Nothing is ever done right. It’s extremely overpriced. The water scorches you out of nowhere when you take a shower then gets really cold it’s never constant. Mail goes missing. Cats and bugs everywhere. Not a place to be. You can find anywhere is better than here.
The nicest staff of any apartment complex around! My family has felt welcomed and has enjoyed every minute here so far! Great place!

THEY ARE DOING A FANTASTIC JOB IN THE OFFICE! Renovations are very nice, if you have a chance stop on by. I have never felt so welcome at the facility
I love Apline creek they are really turning around. Woooohooo
I have lived in these apartments for over 6 years and I have to say that the changes that they are making are fantastic. They are installing a gym, redoing the laundry areas and refurbishing the pool. The maintenance is always on top of things and the management is great. Whereas before I would not have recommended these apartments, my mind has been changed and I encourage those looking to move, to keep these apartments in mind.
Alpine Creek is a great place to live. Many updates have been made and the complex is looking really nice. The new management team is outstanding, they really care.
