Property Ratings at Almaville Apartment Homes
My AC has been down for over a week now. I put in the original service request 10 days ago to fix the issue while vacationing but returned two days later to the same problem. The first request was promptly dismissed as resolved and since I have put in additional requests stating that the AC is still not operating. Multiple calls to the office have proven futile as I am always directed to leave a voice mail but have not received a call back to even acknowledge the issue. I have a visitor in town who stays at my apartment while I am working and she has told me that the temperature on the thermostat has read 80+ degrees on multiple occasions the past few days. I reluctantly asked her to go down to the leasing office yesterday to inquire about the problem and they insured her that I would receive a call today with a solution to the problem. I received no such call. The excuse from the leasing office was that the maintenance guy was off yesterday but I am curious about the other nine days. I feel like this is not only an embarrassment to Almaville Apartment Homes, but also myself. Tomorrow is Friday 4/14 and the regular maintenance crew is off on the weekends. I am pleading to have someone out to fix the AC tomorrow. In the off chance that this happens I may consider changing my review. *I would also like to note that the leasing office has reached out to me not too long ago about renewing my lease. I am paying good money for this apartment and do not appreciate being ignored.

I have been here a year the lovely ladies I. The office always respond to my requests promptly and the maintenance man is really nice and he does great work I’m happy I moved in here the clubhouse has great coffee and did I mention the lovely ladies !

I have lived at Almaville Farms for the last 3 years and highly recommend. It is a great location- I spend time in Nashville, Lavergne, Murfreesboro, and I fly out of the Nashville airport every Monday for work. Most of all, the maintenance guys are truly the best!

My roommates and I have lived here for a year and we have never had any problems! The complex is in the perfect location, close to everything without sacrificing privacy. The staff is dedicated to helping you and they are honest about everything in the contract (no hidden clauses or fees). Although we've never had a maintenance issue, the maintenance staff exceeds at their job by doing routine checks on fire alarms, air filters, and seasonal bug spraying! The neighbors are all friendly and I rarely have any noise problems. We couldn't have asked for a better apartment!

My wife and I enjoyed living there. It was reasonably priced and had good amenities! The office was always helpful. My kids loved it! And most important of all it was safe! Good deal all around!

I had no issue at all. Debbi and John were amazing! They were available for me whenever I needed to get in contact with them. I really enjoyed my apartment. It was spacious and clean and had an amazing view. (We live on the top floor.) All of my neighbors there were friendly, one even help jump my car when I left it running another neighbor let me know I left my keys in the door. I loved working out in the gym there also it was a good size and never super busy! My kids loved doing homework in the clubhouse, maybe because they had cookies or maybe just because it was a great hang out spot. Price is great too!

However, to be fair...If you don't pay your rent or if you cause damage to your apt...(as in this case)...we do charge back these expenses as per your executed Lease Agreement. I would encourage you to phone the Property and discuss any concern or see pictures and other documentation that validate charges.
