Horrible apartments! Sewage floods the outside And inside and management doesn't care. Multiple work orders were placed months ago yet they refuse to do anything. Even the "manager" continuously lies about sending someone out every time.
Got a new stove, but that’s the only good thing. The fridge didn’t have a light. The dishwasher smells like death and it completely rusted. The gym is closed and no posting about it. Instead of fixing they just paint over it (A/C inlet vent was so rusty and filled with clumps of dust that is now painted on, they even painted the toilet and the shower). The vents blow the awesome scent of fresh ashtray. There is nothing complete in here either. Sinks with no aerators, light and ceiling fans with no lights. The renovation night crew play super loud music while working and throw stuff in the sidewalk area. The A/C filter isn’t even the correct size they stuff a shorter wider one in and cut a piece of another filter to fill the gap! Soft spots on the walls. The entry door has such a big gap from the weather seal that it not much different than just leaving the door wide open. Says it’s gated, which is not true. There is a fence around the entire complex but the gates are always open. No light/ceiling fan at all in the living room. Not worth it! I wish we weren’t in a rush to find a place I probably would have looked at the reviews first.

Have had a leak since we moved in and we’ve continuously reported it and they’ve done nothing to fix it so we have mold in our bathroom and rust all down our shower. None of our outlets work in the kitchen, and our dishwasher worked one time and hasn’t worked since. The management doesn’t care to fix our problems at all and always claims that the maintenance person isn’t in. So do they not have one?? There are so many issues with this place it’s ridiculous. Water gets turned off ALL THE TIME but yet the water bill is never discounted and there has been sewage issues so there is poop and toilet paper coming up onto the sidewalk and into the street it’s DISGUSTING. Would definitely not recommend for anyone to live here.
Nothing gets fixed, they just quick fix things that end up needing to be fixed again soon. No gates, anyone can walk in which resulted in a shooting in the complex. Nothing has been done about it.

We were told new appliances and ours is rusted. Told is updated is not. Gated community is broken. Staff is rude! Poorly lit. First week there there was a drunk man passed out in the courtyard now concerned with safety. Not given option of lease terms only given 12 month option.

I just moved in and can already tell I won’t be renewing my lease when the time comes. Before I moved in the hardwood floors had paint spots everywhere and I told them so they could fix it before I moved in and they didn’t, I mentioned it after and still nothing. My mailbox lock Is messed up and I am unable to get in it, the office lady did not care I had stuff to get and told me it will be awhile but I looked and a lot of the mailboxes are messed up and I doubt mine will ever get fixed so I’m going to have to get a P.O. Box since I can’t get my own mail to where I live, it’s ridiculous.

First off, I was told that the gate would be fixed shortly after we moved in (we moved into this complex in 2017). Also, our water has been shut off at least 4 times this month alone (February 2019). I have only received notice once that the water was shut off. The other 3 times the water has been shut off I have never recieved any kind of written notice, only to find out on my own that I do not have running water for hours at a time, yet the property manager will not discount our water bill or provide any kind of rent reduction for the inconveniences. This place is disgusting and I will not be renewing my lease here. The new management is just as bad as the old management. They also tried to force a renewal agreement a month before our lease agreement requires us to give written notice to move out. There is definitely shady management practices as well. Look elsewhere if your trying to find an apartment you will regret living here!!!

When I started looking for places to live on my own, and for the first time, I browsed all over this city. The property is nice and spacious, but the land isn’t everything. Iselda, property manager, and Pricilla, the assistant manager, are wonderful and helpful when renting the property to me. They did great tours and was willing to help with me to get secured and settled in.
Great place to live .accessible to university,the island and all yur shopping needs.,gated community.peace officer on premises..easy access to apt personell 24/7.
