North Naples provides a lush, tropical atmosphere directly north of Naples. Filled with lakes and marshy areas inland, the coastline provides some of the world's most amazing beaches. Residents can go swimming, snorkeling, and sunbathing at Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park, go shelling along the crystal-clear water at Barefoot Beach County Preserve, or head to the hotel-lined Vanderbilt Beach Park.
While the beaches are spectacular, the golfing is great, too. North Naples is home to several golf courses, including Audubon Country Club, Stonebridge Country Club, and Collier's Reserve Country Club. For shops and restaurants, North Naples residents head to Tamiami Trail, the main road through the area and the location of several business including strip malls, restaurants, and grocery stores.

Excellent. Allura is definitely he nicest luxury lifestyle living complex in Naples. Our family looked around at about a dozen places, and none of them came close to the quality of amenities as Allura. We've been here now for nearly six months and have loved it.

Overall a good experience. The walls are very thin to the outside so when in the kitchen or living room area you can hear everything from the hallway, which can include screaming kids and dogs. They also just gave out pool bracelets so you can only bring two guests to the pool at a time, which I think is a bit ridiculous. Not that I often have more than 1 or 2 people over but if I wanted to I couldn’t. Seems to be getting more and more rules and things taken away, but still paying outrageous rent prices. Paying for all these amenities but can’t even use them with friends. A bit annoying.

Very comfortable, the Staff is very friendly, and maintenance requests are done amazingly fast. The amenities are up to date and clean, and there are plenty of good activities. Keep up the great work in keeping us happy.

Our family has enjoyed living at Allura this year. We searched Naples and Bonita Springs before deciding where to live after moving from Tennessee, and Allura was far and away the nicest community in the area. The amenities like the sprawling pool, enormous fitness center, free gourmet coffee drinks, bowling lanes, grilling and party areas--it really is like living at a vacation resort. The staff is friendly and helpful. We're happy to be here.

The leasing team, Chantal and Chuck, made the process for leasing and move-in very easy and they were accommodating for every request and question. The property is well maintained and the apartment was clean and ready for move-in. The amenities are first rate and the location is convenient to I-75 and downtown Naples.

It’s very nice community. Close to many locations but on a quiet street. The pool is beautiful along with the lake to walk around. The staff work very hard to keep the grounds clean and pretty.

Lived here for 3 years rent auto withdraws out of my account every month. Due to move out in a little over a month and they have an issue in their system that mistakenly says I owe them over $700. No they didn't call or email they put a letter in my door that says I have 3 days to pay or move out and they're full of excuses about the mistake. Good luck if you plan to move here the incompetence of the office staff is scary.

I have just recently moved here and so far everything has met my expectations, the leasing team have been great, the apartment and grounds are beautiful. I would highly recommend here as a place to call home.

I had a small leak from the shower in the apartment above me. Maintenance was at my apartment immediately and with the help of the plumbers, replaced the pipes upstairs. The team fixed my ceiling the next day. Maintenance staff are very professional, and they get the job done quickly.

Love living here. Everyone is so nice and friendly. My dog enjoys the dog parks and all the amenities are wonderful. I like the food trucks and activities that happen every month.

I love this complex and all that work here. Chuck is always on top of everything and goes above and beyond with assistance. Every other staff member and management are amazing as well. Best decision was to move to this complex
