North Naples provides a lush, tropical atmosphere directly north of Naples. Filled with lakes and marshy areas inland, the coastline provides some of the world's most amazing beaches. Residents can go swimming, snorkeling, and sunbathing at Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park, go shelling along the crystal-clear water at Barefoot Beach County Preserve, or head to the hotel-lined Vanderbilt Beach Park.
While the beaches are spectacular, the golfing is great, too. North Naples is home to several golf courses, including Audubon Country Club, Stonebridge Country Club, and Collier's Reserve Country Club. For shops and restaurants, North Naples residents head to Tamiami Trail, the main road through the area and the location of several business including strip malls, restaurants, and grocery stores.

Overall a good experience. The walls are very thin to the outside so when in the kitchen or living room area you can hear everything from the hallway, which can include screaming kids and dogs. They also just gave out pool bracelets so you can only bring two guests to the pool at a time, which I think is a bit ridiculous. Not that I often have more than 1 or 2 people over but if I wanted to I couldn’t. Seems to be getting more and more rules and things taken away, but still paying outrageous rent prices. Paying for all these amenities but can’t even use them with friends. A bit annoying.

Very comfortable, the Staff is very friendly, and maintenance requests are done amazingly fast. The amenities are up to date and clean, and there are plenty of good activities. Keep up the great work in keeping us happy.

Our family has enjoyed living at Allura this year. We searched Naples and Bonita Springs before deciding where to live after moving from Tennessee, and Allura was far and away the nicest community in the area. The amenities like the sprawling pool, enormous fitness center, free gourmet coffee drinks, bowling lanes, grilling and party areas--it really is like living at a vacation resort. The staff is friendly and helpful. We're happy to be here.

The leasing team, Chantal and Chuck, made the process for leasing and move-in very easy and they were accommodating for every request and question. The property is well maintained and the apartment was clean and ready for move-in. The amenities are first rate and the location is convenient to I-75 and downtown Naples.

It’s very nice community. Close to many locations but on a quiet street. The pool is beautiful along with the lake to walk around. The staff work very hard to keep the grounds clean and pretty.

Lived here for 3 years rent auto withdraws out of my account every month. Due to move out in a little over a month and they have an issue in their system that mistakenly says I owe them over $700. No they didn't call or email they put a letter in my door that says I have 3 days to pay or move out and they're full of excuses about the mistake. Good luck if you plan to move here the incompetence of the office staff is scary.

Honestly, we used to really enjoy living here. Unfortunately, we’ve been dealing with ongoing noise issues from neighbors, and it seems that some of the newer residents aren’t taking proper care of the property. It’s disappointing to say, but the overall quality of living has noticeably declined.

I had a small leak from the shower in the apartment above me. Maintenance was at my apartment immediately and with the help of the plumbers, replaced the pipes upstairs. The team fixed my ceiling the next day. Maintenance staff are very professional, and they get the job done quickly.

We have lived here since July 1, 2022. We love the location of the development and the pool. The pool was the primary reason we decided to rent at Allura. Concerned about the following: Lack of security on the weekends especially at the pool Cleanliness of the garbage rooms, hallways, etc. Abbey and Chuck are very responsive to all questions and concerns

Allura is a lovely place to live. Great location, quiet and beautiful. The staff is always very helpful and maintenance does a great job getting work completed. However, some residents should learn how to park within the lines.

Everybody is very helpful and nice. The pool is awesome and the walking track is great. The carts are a great idea for bringing up groceries. I also like the grill areas.

Living here is a pleasure. They always host such fun and creative events for the residents at the clubhouse, the amenities are resort-style, there is a well kept and spacious dog park, and the apartments are modern and spacious. The entire community is well maintained, and neighbors are friendly yet respect your privacy. I wouldn't change living Allura for anywhere else. 10/10!!!

Chuck is great and super accommodating! He stayed late on a Saturday to get my keys on move in day since I was driving in from Maryland. The community is safe and the people are so nice. So far, I love it!

We fell in love with clubhouse before we moved here when we came for a birthday party and decided almost instantly we wanted to live here. It was the best spontaneous decision weve made and now absolutely love our Resort-Style of living here at Allura and highly recommend! The amenities are fantastic. I love showing my family and friends where we live and everything we can do here. Our favorite spot ofcourse is The Alley where we often have our date nights and play some pool & go bowling. Here at allura there is something to do for everyone and the community is very diverse. Everyone is super friendly, respectful and welcoming. The pool area is by far the most beautiful I've seen in a community. Its never packed and is always relaxing! The Allura managment team is superb. We love everything they plan each month whether its wine down wednesday, pizza parties, painting or Food Truck Fridays. We try not to miss anything and definitely look forward to next event. They also go out of there way to make sure the community is maintained clean and service requests, if any, are taken care of quickly. Thanks for making Allura such a peaceful and great place to live!

This place is very beautiful and very well maintained. Love the amenities and have made great friends here! This is a family oriented community with respectful people. We love living here, just wish our apartment had one extra bedroom!
