When I came to tour the apartments that were available at the time. They were beautiful and spacious for a one bedroom apartment. When applying for the apartment that I wanted. It didn’t take long and they got back to me with the required information. As well as the approval for the apartment as quick as possible.

This is definitely the best apartment complex I have lived in so far, just a few things I would’ve liked to have. The noise of my upstairs neighbors has been an issue since the day we moved in and we submitted several complaints and nothing has changed. We still hear a lot of noise from upstairs at late hours, but have had to become accustomed to it. I have received short notices on some important issues that I would’ve liked to receive notices more frequently as the deadline approached. Other than that, we have enjoyed our apartment and the space it provides for us. The amenities are great and maintenance has always been super quick to address any issues we may be experiencing.

so far seems pretty good out here for a second i thought the trains might be too noisy but no it’s not bad at all and outside it doesn’t stick even though there is a chicken plant right across the street. this place seems pretty safe and calm.

We are loving living at Allora in Gainesville! The convenience of being so close to grocery stores, dinning & shopping without being off a main road is very refreshing! Also, it is so quiet! Makes the perfect atmosphere to just come home and relax. The gym is stocked with any equipment you could need. Also, the staff is so friendly and the manager never forgets a face. I enjoy living here. Overall this is a pretty quiet community. And I feel safe living here. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby but still far enough for it to not affect me, as far as traffic and too much activity.

The process to move in to the apartment is really easy, they said it was gonna take 5 days and it actually takes about two days and the people on the community is really nice specially heather.

I’ve loved living here so far! Some people are a bit noisy outside my apartment at night sometimes. My only other I guess “complaint” is that there are only 2 treadmills in the gym ?? Everything else has been great

The apartment is great, cool layout, spacious closets, and has a lot of natural light. The community is also quiet, which is important to me. The package service and valet trash are a plus!

I love living with Allora. The staff here at Allora are amazing. Neighbors within the community are very friendly! The apartments are located in a decent area, very close to the square and other Gainesville activities, but are also very secluded making it quiet at night

The community here generally keeps to themselves. There are a lot of younger people and families who live here. Sometimes neighbors are noisy at night. I really love the amenities at Allora and it is a generally great place to live!

This is by far the nicest place we’ve lived in our 7 years being married. It has felt like a luxury getaway! I must admit, I miss having a yard and a place for my kids to run around and play, but the security I feel having my kids live in this community makes up for much of the lack.

It has been phenomenal living here. We’ve so enjoyed this community and everything that comes with it! Unfortunately for us the price point is a little out of our budget, but it has been worth every penny while we’ve had the chance to live here

The apartment is beautiful and ready to call is a home. My move-in was smooth and hassle -free and everybody I met was very helpful. All of my questions got answered and I’m happy to live here.

Apartment is very beautiful and spacious. Plenty of parking space and neighbors keep to themselves. Pet policy is amazing and great place to live.

Great place to live, but I do wish the dog park was a little better. It’s kinda small and I wish it wasn’t mulch. Other than that, I highly recommend this place. It’s a wonderful community and great people.

My neighbors are fantastic! Friendly and always offer to help. It's a lovely small community within a large community! It's also dog friendly community and everyone is very respectful of the property. Love the dog park!

We LOVE it so far. It’s a quiet community with amazing amenities. Perfect place to go for a morning walk, grab a cup of complimentary coffee from the community center, and relax in their shaded patio area. Easy to feel right at home.

I have enjoyed my time here at Allora so far! I’ve lived here for almost 8 months and I don’t have many complaints. The amenities are very nice and the environment is well taken care of. There is a leash requirement for dogs, and I see some dogs off leash which I don’t love given that my dog doesn’t respond well to other animals running up to him, so i’d like for there to be more regulations on that.
