This has been by far the best apartment, I have ever rented. They keep the place clean the landscaping is very well maintained. All of the personal of the property are very nice. The noise level is very good.

I’ve been living at Allora Gainesville Apartments for a year now and I honestly love it. The area is quiet and safe, but still super close to shopping centers and restaurants. Maintenance is always on point – I submitted a request for a leaky sink, and it was fixed the same day. The office staff is friendly and easy to reach, and the building is always clean. My apartment is spacious and updated with newer appliances, and the balcony view is a plus. Parking is easy and the gym is always clean. Overall, I’d highly recommend Oakwood Heights to anyone looking for a stress-free living experience.

When I came to tour the apartments that were available at the time. They were beautiful and spacious for a one bedroom apartment. When applying for the apartment that I wanted. This is definitely the best apartment complex I have lived in so far, just a few things I would’ve liked to have. The noise of my upstairs neighbors has been an issue since the day we moved in and we submitted several complaints and nothing has changed. We still hear a lot of noise from upstairs at late hours, but have had to become accustomed to it. I have received short notices on some important issues that I would’ve liked to receive notices more frequently as the deadline approached. Other than that, we have enjoyed our apartment and the space it provides for us. The amenities are great and maintenance has always been super quick to address any issues we may be experiencing.

Amazing peaceful and clean environment I would move here again if I had the option, will refer anyone to live here. Very close to the highway and grocery stores. No traffic struggles whatsoever

so far seems pretty good out here for a second i thought the trains might be too noisy but no it’s not bad at all and outside it doesn’t stick even though there is a chicken plant right across the street. this place seems pretty safe and calm.

Love that it comes with washer & drier refrigerator. Hospitality need improvement. Can fake it till you make it just make it seem welcoming to anyone and everyone no matter who they are.
