Property Ratings at Alexander Pointe Apartments
Alexander Pointe is a sweet little neighborhood! The neighbors are friendly. My apartment is great! My walk-in closet is HUGE! The pool is clean and inviting. The office staff is fabulous! I also LOVE the community events. This place is like a real community and not just a "place to live". 10 out of 10 recommend!
We enjoy the time with our neighbors, so far having nice faces . And enjoyed the few events we had participated by the Alexander team, my daughter loved the waffles day!
My family has lived here for a little over one year and have really enjoyed it. We have lived in several different states and three different places near in NC. This place tops the list. The staff is always very friendly and willing to help out. Maintenance issues are fixed in a timely manner and the other residents are great.
Thank goodness I found Alexander Pointe After living in DC for 22 years, I was nervous to move the area. The staff at this gorgeous community made the transition so much easier. Every day I stop in and say hello to Jennifer and Kenny, like the are family. I have a 2 Bedroom that is the perfect size. It has a GIANT closet which is perfect for my purse hoard. The kitchen is very functional and the bathroom has plenty of counter space for all of my beauty products. The floors are have proven to be durable with a 30lb dog and the apartment gets plenty of natural light. My utilities have been about 1/2 of what they were in DC. The community is very well kept with an excellent pool and gym. There are also outdoor grills and a putting green. (Although I’ve never used it)The gym is small but never really busy and has everything you need to keep the lbs. off. In addition, downtown mebane is like a mile away. The staff arranges parties a couple times a month and they are super fun. It is like being in a grown up, professional dorm. You gotta live here.
I love the spaciousness and layout of the apartment! The Gourmet kitchen is so gorgeous with tons of storage. I also love the wonderful walk-in closets, everything about this place is luxurious and lovely! The staff are incredibly nice and very helpful, this is definitely a place we feel at home and can call our home!!
The physical layout in the apartment is well thought out. The kitchen is large with lots of counter space and plenty of cabinets; not your usual apartment. The laundry room is a walk-in with extra space for storage. The master bedroom,and closet is enormous! The finishes are beautiful,we really like the laminate flooring in the living area and kitchen it is very easy to keep clean.
He is the sweetest man ever! Go Kenny!! So thankful for all of his help

We moved to Alexander Pointe a few weeks ago and love it. We rented a 2bedroom and it's Huge! My closet is the size of most apartment bedrooms. The kitchen is nicer than any apartment I've lived in before and I LOVE the new appliances and granite counters. The pool & clubhouse are luxurious. Another nice thing is the management. They go above and beyond to make living here special. I'm so happy my friend told me about these apartments!
Apartment complex advertise a cable package including Starz; however, we have not received this package since the complex opened the first of the year. The parking provided is not adequate to the number of apartments built. People park in the handicap parking spaces and in areas not designated as a parking space as there is no where else to park by 8:00 PM. Walls are paper thin as you can hear every move your neighbors make. Management is non responsive to problems or concerns raised by the residents. I can't wait to move out when my lease is up.
