The location is one of the best and is near to lot of facilities. The apartment is great. The staff here is friendly, and quick to respond. I am sure I will enjoy living here!!

The building and apartment are well maintained. The staff is very friendly and super responsive. My only complaint is I do not love the type of lightbulbs in the apartment.

I have now been here for over a year. I love the property. No main complaints except for parking for guests. There is maybe 10 guest parking spots which is absolutely ridiculous for the amount of people that live here.

So far everything has been great. Avunna is great! Maintence people are great! No complaints other than the occasional fire alarm. I know that is out of their control. Looking forward to resigning.

I like Alexan a lot! The room is so nice. Our ammenities are nice too. I wish we didn't have to pay for trash valet or Fetch. Waste of money.

I really like my apartment and the maintenance staff is responsive. The dog park is well maintained. But the carpet in the hallway is really dirty, there's a ton of stains near my unit. Also the entry way to the elevators are pretty dirty.

Maintenance is responsive when you have requests and leasing staff is pretty helpful when necessary. Amenities are decent, the gym is very basic and could do with some updating.

Parking garage gate has not worked in 3+ months and elevators are constantly down. We pay $50/month for parking which is not secure & $25/month for an amenity fee with broken elevators. Certain amenities which were in-place at move-in were removed and never replaced. No credits have been issued for anything. TCR built a good product. It's more of a resident relations issue which they refuse to compensate for.

Been a pleasure living here only issue are the elevators but very clean and upkept very nice by maintenance. The staircase has to be cleaned walked into a web the other day

This apartment is actually decent and the maintenance crew is actually pretty decent. But the apartment occasionally loses power, the elevator stops working randomly and the management fails to give residence updates about random issues. The gates are always broken. The apartment facilities could be more polished for the cost. It definitely has potential but it can feel like a hot mess living here sometimes.

Pretty good, some small things could be inproved but overall it’s good. The hallways smell like urine sometimes. The gates for vehicles often do not work, same with elevators. But the staff is very friendly along with the residents and very nice overall besides those issues.

Overall this building feels very safe and secure. The units are modern and clean, and the prices are reasonable. I will say that we experience a lot of utility issues - whether that means water damage, broken appliances, etc, but our maintenance team is usually quick to respond.

I love living here. Great amenities and maintenance is very attentive and quick. Only issue i have is residents love to blast loud music in the pool and the walls here are as if there is no soundproofing.

Too high a price, fixes take forever and do temporary solutions to the symptoms, not actually fixing the problems. It’s not worth it. Staff is unresponsive.

Super safe building, have never felt any worry about that which was super important to me as a female living alone. The amenities are great. Maintenance is super attentive. Staff always answers my questions immediately if I have any. Can’t think of a bad thing to say about living here.
Fast response any time there’s a maintenance issue. The property is very clean. Leasing manager is very friendly. Would highly highly recommend.

Move in has been great at Alexan Buckhead Village. The amenity space is great and the apartments are large and spacious. They should get sand for the shuffleboard and paddles for ping pong tho.

very awesome, clean community with a helpful staff. I was unsure about moving to Pharr rd. after the rep for some years, however this area has been very safe to live, along with awesome neighbors who also care about the community as well. would definitely recommend living here!

I love my apartment! The area is quiet and close to everything. The complex is very clean and luxurious. I would recommend it for anyone. And the summer we always have pool parties

I have loved living at ABV for the past year! It is very peaceful, the location is amazing, & the amenities are beyond great. I plan on renewing for at least 2 more years. Staff is always friendly & there are really fun events held for residents every month

Nice clean building. Friendly office staff. Great amenities. Cool neighbors. This building is in a great location...in Buckhead but just a pinch away from the chaos of the main drag. I recommend.

Great apartment place in a great location! Highly recommend living here if you want to be in Buckhead and be able to walk around the area! Super convenient.
Apartment staff is very friendly. Building is secure and the apartments themselves are very nice & updated. Maintenance solve any issues in a timely manner.
I love living at The Alexan and would recommend it to anyone! I moved here because it is walking distance to my workplace, and I feel safe in the apartment complex and the area around. The inside of my apartment looks fabulous, with modern appliances and attractive furnishings. The gym and pool are great and well-equipped.
I love living here. The staff is friendly and the maintenance requests are always completed and processed so fast. Even though we are in the city, the apartment sits in a residential community which still gives that suburban neighborhood. The Garden Hills neighborhood neighbors are so sweet and friendly. The school district is amazing as well. I have no complaints.
