Jayla was very thorough and professional since my tour! The move in process went very smoothly.
Honestly not bad until you try to move. I am in the middle of buying a house and this place doubled my rent for the last two months because they have ZERO flexibility in their leases. I’ve been a great renter for 2 1/2 years and this place managed to ruin my opinion of them towards the end.
My daughter and I moved in about a month ago. We had looked a multiple options from houses to townhomes to other apartment complexes. What made us choose Aldo? The application process was straightforward, the cost was inline with other places, the staff are very helpful, respectful, and courteous, the amenities suited our needs, the location was spot on, and the apartment and complex in general are well kept with a very livable arrangement.

Love this place! The only thing is that random people show up at your door soliciting. Aside from that the gym has what is necessary. The pool is good and the gazebo too.
I absolutely love Aldon! Very friendly staff and easy leasing process. Office staff goes above and beyond to help residents and put them first!
Expensive but nice place to live!! Staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance issues are resolved within 24-48hours. There are plenty of activities up front to enjoy. Highly recommend!!
Great customer service!! They helped us move in quick and Samantha kept in contact with us all through the process. We got money orders to pay the rent and we can’t use them and they us sometime to fix it

Spacious, updated apartments in a nice, tucked away community. Complex is big enough to walk around and 10-15 min walking distance to restaurants, food lion, and sheetz (about a 3-4 min walk) which is super convenient.

Very nice space.. Quiet for the most part.. Grounds are always clean. Under new management. Neighbors have been respectful and quiet. Seems like alot of activities go on for the residents.

This is a great quiet place to live. I have felt safe living here the whole time and the are great at fixing things quickly. The only thing I would change is I wish they were more flexible with extending rent and holding in prices. They make that really hard and charge a ridiculous amount to stay a little longer.
i love my apartment, the space is great… … the gym and the pool are very nice, although the stairs of the blocks need some cleaning by the administration …

I have lived here for awhile now and feel that most of the reviews I'm seeing are unfair to management. The property is very well maintained. The leasing and maintenance personnel are pleasant, professional and respectful. I constantly see landscaping or maintenance of some sort going on. I've had to call maintenance twice and both times I received immediate responses and my problems resolved. The posted photos are also unfair. There is a large trash compactor and an enclosed area for recycling of cardboard. The community is pet friendly which is great.

I've truly enjoyed living here, it's been peaceful and quiet and I love being near the pool. The maintenance team is always very quick and efficient and I like being able to do everything online, makes it very convenient.
There's problems with the water, they do nothing. Our apartment was one of eight that had to have an extended Radon testing; we've asked twice and still don't know what the results were. No community activities, no communication etc...extremely disappointing!
never in my life have I seen such lazy upper management no one reaches out or decides to give you a call back when requested -- this is a waste of time do not apply here you will be disappointed.

Do not move here. There are way nicer complexes nearby that won't do you wrong. When I moved out, everything was done right. 60 day notice, fees paid, final rent paid. Aldon took over in the middle of the process and showed me a balance leftover. I called months ago and an agent said it was a mistake in the billing system because I moved out in the middle of a month. He said it would be fixed then my calls were never answered. MONTHS later I got a collections notice. I called and they claimed I didn't give my 60 days notice in time and I showed proof I did. Now I'm getting the run around and because of this collection, I am liekly losing a home I was supposed to purchase, losing thousands of dollars. I never even got any type of bill or call before it went into collections. No apology or accountability. Stay far away from this place and management.

They really work hard here to keep this place so clean. I am very happy with my staff here they really go above and beyond. they always say hello and make sure you are doing well. I feel so good ?? know that they are here.office staff is awesome and then we have a great maintenance staff .if I could I would give them 20 stars.

If you can afford a 30% rent increase, this may be the place for you! Oh and the clubhouse is no longer open on nights or weekends. You know, when people might actually want to use it.
