Aldingbrooke excels in friendly staff, beautiful relaxing grounds, variety of layouts and large sq footage. Dealing with maintenance, trying to get repairs acknowledged and completed is an absolute nightmare... and I'm so over these 1970 appliances that they keep trying to repair.

Overall, a good place to live. Spacious apartments, friendly staff, and attentive service. Downsides: painting can be sloppy, units could be cleaner at move-in, and maintenance is sometimes patchwork rather than full repairs. Leasing and maintenance teams are attentive but clearly understaffed, leading to longer turnaround times for requests. The units are also older, and trash can pile up when residents don't use receptacles. Despite these minor setbacks, the positives still outweigh them—overall a comfortable and welcoming community.

Love my location! And very friendly neighborhood and community . The office staff is lovely and welcoming. I only wish maintenance would be faster And cracked roads and garages would be fixed! Everyone would love a doggy fenced in area!

This is my first apartment living experience so I have nothing to compare it to, but after only 4 weeks I have minimal complaints. It's an aging complex, but maintained, so I can except the normal wear of the property and units. I understand there are plans for new windows and my unit is pleasantly updated (with a few minor aged things) but I love the floor plan, closet & storage space, and management so far has been very easy to work with. The community is peaceful, somewhat charming and my neighbors are very welcoming. It has been a good experience so far. Oh, and I love that it is a gated community and the gate guards are the BEST!

Aldingbrooke is a nice complex overall. The apartments are spacious and well laid-out. The grounds are nice for walking, and the overall landscaping is nice and natural. The staff is friendly, and attentive to any issues.

I enjoy living here. Beautiful and quiet area. I love seeing deer, wild turkeys, beavers and everything else that comes out of the woods. I do wish there were more amenities but I’d give it a 3.5 out of 5.

I never had the best experience with customer service right from when I leased this place to until now. They never completed my list of complaints that I submitted as the initial inspection. Now i was out of AC for 5 days and they said the best they can do is next week which is like another 7 days without AC. And I don’t know what part of this is not emergency. One of the rep in leasing office said if the temp outside is not more than 85F then it is not an emergency. I told them i don’t live outside… inside it is 88F and still they don’t care

Living at Aldingbrooke is a relaxing experience. No lawn cutting or snow shoveling. Our location is peaceful and tranquil. The apartment is spacious and has good good flow throughout.

Apartments are A great Size. The grounds are beautifully Kept There is a diverse community. The maintenance technicians have been here a while and it’s great to know who they are and build a professional relationship with them so that you are comfortable enough to have them in your home. You aren’t able to be there.

Terrible complex. Lots of hidden expenses. Air conditioning units are not sufficient for the apartments. Been having a lot of issues since we moved in.

Clean grounds. Garbage pickup twice each week. Scenic and quiet. Walkable. Apartments are very large. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants.

As you know, I have enjoyed living here for the past eight years. I have wonderful neighbors and a lovely view of the senior housing across the lawn and through the trees. My only complaint is the length of time I have had to wait for maintenance to fix various projects.

I have wonderful neighbors and a pleasant view of well maintained landscapes. What is disturbing to me is the complete lack of attention to the maintenance of a truly healthy apartment.
I would highly recommend Aldingbrooke, My husband and I lived in the Inglewood apartment for 21 years and loved it. My husband died and I now live in the one bedroom unit and am very happy with it, however, getting too expensive for me. These are luxury apartments.

The overall move in experience was great. My husband and I love the space and privacy we have.
Best bang for your buck with a lot of room that nobody else has and it’s centrally located to Orchard Lake on Haggerty on either side. having a garage is a bonus and a mini storage room almost being a third bedroom is a plus as well. The price is perfect and there’s lots of room and you feel like you’re at a house because you’ve got a front door that goes right from the outside with a walkway.

Carefree like apartment living should be... but cozy like home!
aldingbrooke does not have a high regard for its senior residents...too much has to be done online...also, when i needed a light changed i was told to come into the office for a bulb...i did not need a bulb i needed someone to change the bulb because i cannot get up on a ladder..so, for marketing purposes, i suggest a renter should be tech savvy and physically fit.
We have been here for 13 years and enjoyed our stay. The comfort and service is excellent.
Aldingbrooke is by far the best apartment community that I’ve ever lived in and this is reflected in my time here, which is 10 years. The management, associates and maintenance are excellent. I would be remiss to not say that the most important reason why this community is so outstanding is because of the peaceful and tranquil environment 10 stars.
It is a terrific place to live if you can put up with Some maintainance delays.
