Album Indian Lake 55+ Active Adult Community

The apartment is lovely, with plenty of storage space. I like having a private patio and short walk to parking area. Everyone here is friendly and I feel safe and comfortable. There are many activities available for those who wish to participate and no pressure if a resident chooses not to take part.

Just what I was looking for in terms of apartment living. Not just hallways and closed doors but actual opportunities for interaction with other residents.

If you are wanting an alternative to Assisted Living, I think you have found your place.

The repair that was completed, made it possible for me to have Amramp extend my porch to avoid falling.

The staff at The Album has always been courteous and responsive about all concerns. It makes living here more enjoyable.

Album Indian Lake is a wonderful community with great amenities right outside our door. I love the fellowship and activities.

I moved to Album Indian Lake from out of state and my knowledge of it was limited to the website, telephone conversations with staff, and feedback from a relative who took a tour. The initial telephone contact with staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional and has remained so. In addition to staff, residents and guests alike have been welcoming and helpful. My experience at Album has been extremely positive and I am proud to call it home.

I have nothing but highest compliments for Album at Indian lake! Staff is courteous and attentive to resident’s needs. The residents are friendly and enjoy mangling.

The maintenance workers always reach out quickly to solve the issue. They always understand the problem, and if the first try doesn't work, they'll keep trying until the issue is solved.

My daughter made all the arrangements for me to move here from Illinois since she's a Tennessee resident and the staff was very helpful to her. I was pleasantly surprised upon my arrival that Album Indian Lake was even nicer than expected.

Great place to live. I especially like safety here at Album. All the amenities are beneficial to me, can’t do everything but love having the choice and the choice of residents leading a Bible Study here and done in away that all are encouraged. Also love the fact that we can see “The Chosen” regularly and in a way that encourages . I appreciate Connie and her style of decor and food and guiding us at Album. Katherine instrumental in helping me find the right home for me and now I’m beginning to call it home. Honestly I am sorry to see Amy go, she had some wonderful ladies on her team so I always thought she influenced them well. Can’t say enough about Lisa, at desk. she goes the extra mile, that’s rare these days. Tough year this year as new widow, but this place made a big difference. August 8 a year since lost my love of my life ,wish you could have met him. He would have liked Album. Ps I like April too, gym leader. Helps me survive. Thank you for having a gym. All the speakers and vendors great, hope there is more. Guess has to be one thing that might could be better and that’s acoustics in Bistro, sounds bounce off walls . Causes confusion not harmony. Many residents turn up sound on tv that definitely goes past the sound recommendations. Residents , maybe need guidelines on that.

I feel quite happy that my family introduced me to the ALBUM! I’m happy to have a landing place to liven up my social life, new friends and much to do! Never can say I’m bored!!!

The willingness of the staff to quickly take care of any concerns is a plus. The residents are also friendly and willing to answer any questions. Maintenance concerns take little time to be taken care of.

One thing I notice .we do not have handicapped entry for wheelchair assessment to and from outside to the pool or grill areas. The doors going out to those areas . We need push button automatic assess for wheelchair user. Thanks.

Everyone who works here handles things in a professional manner. Their courtesy is appreciated.

The Album is a wonderful piece to live! We choose to be a community that cares about others as well as shares with others. Mixing so many talented individuals offers so many opportunities! Choosing where you fit in is up to you, just don’t be lonely anymore, we are now family!

Moving from another state is always overwhelming and hard as now you need to make new friends, new medical providers, etc. people here are friendly, helpful, making transition a little easier.

We have a WONDERFUL community here at Album Indian Lakes. I've lived here since they opened, and daily am thankful I made this decision to move here.

Album @ Indian Lakes has been a godsend and just exactly what we were looking and hoping for as our Home Away to spend time with our new grandchild!!

What a great place for active retired living ! All the hallways are interior, which makes getting around in winter (or rain!) very easy! No need to go outside to get to the gym or movie room or clubhouse - perfect for retired residences especially those with mobility issues !!

Album Indian Lake apartment is one of the best 55 living facilities and my family is thrilled that I live here for many reasons, but the number one reason is safety, clean and friendly staff.

Many people are amazed that I moved from a three bedroom home, into a one bedroom apartment! That’s because they don’t comprehend the concept of living at The Album. I love going to our community kitchen and having continental breakfast while sipping coffee with a round table of friends! There are so many fine people living here! One thing that keeps me grounded, is my little Lola! Pets are allowed and Lola makes me walk! She too has met friends and plays in the dog park socializing and running! If it was not for Lola, I could be kept active within the facilty every day with a variety of events! Come see for yourself! Everyone is welcome!!!

The Album Indian Lake Community is a Great Community to be a part of. You make your own choices to participate in lots of Activities on a regular basis. Upkeep of Building and outside is Great as well. Staff is Professional/ Great Communication/ Compassion/ Friendly. Great Location . Great Amenities. Your Privacy is respected inside the Community. Album Indian Lake is an excellent place to live. I spent a lifetime accumulating stuff. House, property etc..The more I had the more responsibility to care for it. I am not spending the rest of my life worrying about upkeep.At this stage I am more interested in being in an active atmosphere where there is constant opportunity for fellowship and new experience with fun like minded people. No shortage of that at Album Indian Lake. The residents here are friendly and caring for each other. Everyone is one big family. The staff is energetic and always attentive. If I have a concern the staff listens and quickly responds. Oh yes, the neighborhood, we are next door to safe, upscale shopping and dining. Can't beat this place.

From my first conversation with the leasing office and every conversation since then has been the most pleasant experience. The staff of Indian Lake are Stars!!!

I am enjoying living in Album at Indian Lake for several reasons: maintenance crews are friendly and great response to needs;, fun activities, convenient location to amenities (malls, movie theater, restaurants and stores, medical facilities, etc.)

Having lived in 2 other retirement communities Album definitely gets A. The rooms are well designed and spacious. The walk-in closet is so spacious. Staff and residents helpful. The cost for the apartment and pool, etc. is very fair. I love the views from the apartment but most of all, how quiet the rooms are! They are well insulated so you can hardly hear anything from outside your apartment or in the hall. Believe me this is such a blessing. Thanks to the architects!

I have always been a big fan of Album Indian Lake. I am happy here, but believe Maintenance needs more help. They are spread too thin and sometimes take longer than should be expected for service.

Moving to Album Indian Lake was a big move for me since I moved from another state. I am so happy I made the decision, and love living here. It is so easy to make new friends, new experiences and new activities.

Excellent apartment homes: interior halls, interior doors, everything is attached indoors means you never have to miss any activity because of bad weather ! Everyone is super friendly and welcoming, Staff is professional and friendly; walls are thick - I have no idea what my neighbors are doing ! Saltwater Pool is relaxing; clubhouse is a popular hangout; movies and activities are good for the social residents. A good place for all types of adults: retired, active, social, but not intrusive if you don’t feel like it. Convenient to everything in Hendersonville too !!

I have been a resident of Album Indian Lake for six months now. I am still as happy today with my decision to move into this apartment home as I was on day one! The administration staff and my neighbors and residents are wonderful!!!

There are many reasons to live here. The efforts that the staff makes to serve us and engage us is unsurpassed!
