Dirty stinky small. Some of the RUDEST staff I’ve ever met
I was a little tentative to live here because of some negative reviews on this page. After having extensive conversations with the leasing staff I felt at ease and excited to live at Aguilera. Not only is this property incredibly close to campus but the staff is so helpful! I have had a few minor issues and the maintenance staff has been there within the day to help. The complex itself has really nice amenities and beautiful apartments. After living here for two months I can honestly say that I could not be happier with my decision to live at Aguilera!

While this apartment looks great, the staff and policies are terrible!! Watch out because if there is a fee to be assessed, it will be assessed. Also, try to get an explanation or talk to someone in the office and they will ignore you. So, if you like paying extra monthly fees on top of the outrageous price for rent...this is the place for you!!

The Aguilera offers beautiful living accommodations for our residents with both two and three bedroom options. We also offer on-site and covered lot parking. We work very hard to keep our apartments maintained well and appreciate our residents who care for their home while living with us. We are transparent about our rental fees for our apartments and parking and we do charge against security deposits for damages that occur over regular wear and tear.
If you are looking for a place to live beware of this place. Location is great, it is a nice complex, and the features are within a couple years old. Pricing for the unit is in the middle. The issues we ran into over the past two years were mainly with recording the payments correctly and continually having an issue trying to straighten out these payment issues. All payments made were on time, but some went to other accounts, all to parking with nothing to rent, etc. It was a hassle dealing with this when you are trying to study and due extra activities.

Please be aware that Three Sixty has worked diligently to rectify this situation by contacting our website company to realign the property and billing. They have assured us that this has been fixed. Our entire staff also attended a 2-day, in-depth training on the features of our new website and leasing/billing formats.
360 is awesome. They are quick to reply to questions and they made finding a place to live easy. Aguilera is so close to campus and has such cool benefits like the courtyard and the fitness studio. Love this place!
