Advenir at La Costa

Garbage stacks up to the point where there is 100+ garbage laying beside the garbage waste bin and cars have been repeatedly stolen in this neighborhood. When i first moved in , there was ants crawling all over the apartment and we had to get our own exterminator when we lived there. The customer service was the worse, they don’t know how to answer the phone after you actually sign the lease. Also, just know there is millions of pieces of trash in the grass scattered all over and is terrible if you have kids that play or dogs as well. This place is overpriced and they need to do a better job

Stay away terrible place to live very high crime. When I first moved in I asked about crime rate and I was lied to. My car has been broken into and my apartment has been broken into twice. The manager is the worst. She talks to you crazy and doesn't care at all and doesn't try to hide it.

Stay away.. worst place I have ever lived... Management is awful.. Maintenance is awful.. Not worth the money

Do not move in here this place is the worst run place I've ever seen. There was an overpayment made somehow and they refuse to refund the difference. There answer is people pay their rent in advance all the time. The apts are dirty not done and they don't offer any deals or specials. The first night that I moved in I have my stuff stolen by one of their contractors. Management doesn't care and won't do a thing about it.

This is the perfect apartment complex if you want a quick walk to great restaurants and the shopping district. The common areas are well maintained and staff very helpful. Unlike other apartments in this area, it is not a very large community, which is what I like, but has 2 pools, lounge chairs and dining tables. Recent improvements, updated Fitness center and a dog park have spiced the place up. Works for Me.

My apartment is an ok size and the inside actually is really nice. I'm looking forward to moving though because they only have 2/2's and I now have three kids so I need a bigger place. I love my apartment because its so close to everything like food, malls and leisure places. The rent though is pretty steep knowing that I don't make over $35,000 a year. It costs anout 1300 here and that's pricey. The rooms are very spacious and it comes with a thousand closets, in which I love and a washer and dryer YAYYYY,LOL. But that's all there is to know and I pray that I'm picked so I can have more money to do things with my kids have a nice day and thanks for the opportunity!

What a great opportunity for someone like me to have a chance to win after a hard day at the office . It's a tremendous struggle out there these days but living here at la costa /Avenir has been very good . Although while being here the staff has turned 3 times they continue to be kind respectful and courtious. When you ask for something to get done it doesn't take more than 72 hours and emergency are right away. I do love the area as there is a lot of restaurants to choose from as well as mall and theatre . My only wish though is the cost of these apartments.were cheaper , especially if you are a returning resident . There is no incentive for people like me , it just goes up . Being a single father and having chronic asthma is a tremendous struggle mentally and physically, but I never give up . Lastly the reason I gave them a 4 is my concerned that the office staff won't stay and they don't have heated pools of a jacuzzi. Other than that the entire staff is amazing . So once again thank you for giving me an opportunity to win a year of rent

The complex is a quiet, friendly, safe, and convenient location close to every imaginable amenity that you would need. It is pedestrian friendly ( a nice walking path included). In the 10 months I have lived here only a burst pipe ( fixed same night) caused me any trouble. Though management has changed from Greystar to Advenir, they have made sure the transition was smooth and even implemented helpful changes like fixing potholes, adding better lighting, painting and updating in general. My apartment is 764 sq with carpeting that I can actually sleep on! I do cartwheels in here because I have a good amount of space.The most convenient way to reach office staff is going to the leasing office which is nice because there is a coffee bar and computer lab in there anyway. As a first time apartment dweller, I do not have any regrets. Neither will you. Welcome future neighbors!
