Advenir at Banyan Lake

The environment used to be clean when our family first moved in but as we've gotten more and more comfortable the grass around us began to get darker.. in meaning "bad". Yucky! Mildew began to grow on the interior woods and walls even as A/c filters are consistently replaced. Sink always clogs along with the toilet as if they're configured from the water transports, Shaking my head.. It just all began to get filthy. We are a family of 3 no pets and manage to keep great maintenance of our home but by far it just gets worse.

Very Good service! The staff was great and polite! The apartment tour was excellent and clean!

Something is always breaking and no one ever wants to fix it. You can go sus without a/c or if your ceiling falls in no one cares it's not an emergency. New manager says she wants to change things but nope nothing is changed. No parking, only one trash there use to be 2 so you have to go all the way to the front. Avoid at all costs!

I am the proud step mother to 2 beautiful boys. One is 3 and the other is 20 years old. We live with their father and make the best of our living situation. We have a pool, tennis courts and gym in the complex. We are also close to the mall, shops, and restaurants. 5 minutes from the beach and movies as well! Maintenance is on site to assist us if anything should break down. We are located in the heart of Boynton Beach, FL with schools for all ages near by too. My family makes this home. A happy home for life!

This apartment complex is located close to school for kids of all ages. We are in close driving distance to the local mall, shops, restaurants and the famous Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach. With a 3 year old and a 19 year at home we have a busy life, but the pool, playground, gym and tennis courts provide us with outlets for the kids to play. There are newly upgraded apartments in the complex with wood flooring and new appliances. Although we are in an older model, we make it work! Maintenance is on sight to help us with the quirks and mishaps from time to time! I highly recommend this area to any working single families. We make the best of what God provides us with!

The appartment is ok the room and living room is fine. The only downside were i was told the appartment had partial upgrade the bathroom floor and baseboard was peeling and lifting the kitchen cabinets were re-painted a different color from the original manufactured painting and the previous painting is visible and the counter was lifting under the cabinet had water damage. Unfortunately for me i was short on time and had to move out by the time so i was stuck with the appartment because i had no choice. But overall the neighborhood is not bad. Next time I know to view the actual appartment before making any decision.
